“Rude uncaring”
Office policy is clear, you see the doctor when they say you do NOT when you need to. I went to the ER at Lodi Memorial labor day for unbearable back pain. I was told to follow up with my PCP that week as I might have serious issues needing more treatment. I called and was told it would be 3-1/2 weeks before I could be seen by Dr. Parra. I need a doctor I can see when I need to NOT when they can see me. Pain is pain pure and simple. The office staff is at best RUDE and really doesn't care if you hurt and need to see a doctor. In fact I will just say they are A Holes. I now have a doctor who sees me same day and treats me like a patient and cares if I am in pain.
