The Kapolei Eye Care staff are really friendly and informative. I was greeted by the front desk and checked in. There are seats in and outside of the office. Lori, the tech, took me to the back to do a few tests and then soon after put me into the room. Dr. Chen was able to answer all of my questions regarding my concerns! Highly recommend!

I came to see Dr. Chen to receive the IPL/BBL treatment for dry eyes. Before then, I had tried basically every other treatment with no significant improvement, including Lipiflow. After the first few treatments, I have been able to do the things I used to be able to do before I had dry eyes, such as going cycling, running, and going to social events without constantly feeling pain. I highly recommend Dr. Chen.
