Dr. Giberson explained the procedure to me beforehand and answered all of my questions. After the procedure he made a follow-up phone call to make sure I was doing okay. When I called the office with concerns about pain, he immediately spoke with me and gave me treatment. He was also willing to move-up my follow-up visit on short notice, because I was so worried. The front desk staff is excellent as well.

The cleaning technician took her time and was very careful with my sensitive gums. I have been going to Dr. Giberson for 26 years now. He is very sensitive to my dentist phobias and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable at all times, including the times when he allowed me to take a break in the chair when I had a new crown put on. My teeth and gums are very sensitive and I like the fact that they always use a topical anesthesia so that I am always comfortable.

Dr. Giberson is awesome. I came here initially because my previous dentist did some filing and it was hurting like crazy. Then Dr. Giberson worked with me and fixed the issue without going into redoing the crown or something that was not necessary. And ever since I come here. Needless to say I was well overdue for cleaning. I called them up the day before requesting a cleaning and to see if they could put a cap on that had fallen off close to 6 months earlier. The arranged an appointment first thing the following morning. Sara was the dental hygienist and spend the extra time removing all stains on front and back without flaw. Dr. Ken was personable and explained things thoroughly and put my cap back on and is removing 1 cavity today. Great experience overall!
