I am an aging endurance athlete with bad knees. I came to Doctor Kramer 5 o 6 years ago when I was having knee problems. He performed knee surgery on me and told me I would be back running in a few months after PT. I didn't believe him because my knees were so bad. Since that operation, I have gone on to complete many races including three half Ironmans.
