Everyone here was so very nice, respectful and polite. I felt like a queen with the care I recieved today. I only came to get a routine exam and to have my rx checked but they checked everything to make sure I was okay in all areas. The front desk ladies were so patient, polite and courteous coming in and going out. WOW, i didn't know people still exsisted with such wonderful customer service. This is a very professional establishment. The staff came across as caring and listened to my concerns and collected information I thought may be of importance from my point of view, whether they needed it or not. Not your averge Louisville area medical doctor's office staff. If I had someone to recommend to this type of specialist, I would definitely recommend this group of people.

The overall experience was pleasant. While the bright lights and test maybe intimidating the atmosphere allows for finding a calm comfortable experience. the Staff does not feel rushed, and take priority on spending the time for detailed exam.

Had Cellulitis in my eye. After going to my family practitioner and taking doxycyclene for awhile with no results I wanted to see a opthalmologist. Dr. Mugavin got me in the same day and identified and cured the problem.
