I have a lot of anxiety about any kind of dental work. I have had 2 root canals with Dr. Dinsbach and his team recently. The procedures went about as well as anyone could expect. One never feels comfortable going to a dentist. His assistant was really kind and took time to answer my questions while taking the x-rays. Then Dr Dinsbach followed explaining in detail why the root canal was necessary and what needed to be done. My experience was AMAZING! I went there under huge time constraint, only an hour available for a root canal. He quickly came to examine and explain that he'll try his best to get it done, but if unable to he will at least get me comfortable and then finish the procedure the following day. He explained everything very well and I felt very at ease. Made sure I felt zero pain during the procedure and sure enough, was able to get my root canal done in exactly one hour without any discomfort!

Having had experiences with root canal procedures with several dentists, I can truly say that Dr. Dinsbach is exceptional. He and his team have performed three root canal procedures for me. My experience with other dentists who do root canal work is that they are simply mechanical technicians.

Dr Dinsbach ans his staff were wonderful! Unfortunately I have had to have 3 root canals. Fortunately I found them! I am terrified of the dentist and mouth pain for me is the worst! Dr. Dinsbach was amazing. I was here in NC visiting my grandchildren so was very anxious about visiting a dentist, let alone have a root canal. He and his assistant, Vickie calmed my nerves and I felt very confident as they did their job...professionally, quickly, even painlessly and I left feeling so much better. Dr. Dinsbach followed up the next day with a personal text which I thought was very nice. I asked they forward my records to my dentist back home, which was promptly done. 10+!

Dr. Dinsbach and the rest of the staff at Lake Norman Endodontics are awesome. I was a in a lot of pain coming in and they got me feeling comfortable and calmed down shortly. I was scared to see a dentist in this covid 19 era, as well as the fact that I had to get a root canal! The office is so clean and welcoming. The staff was AMAZING! They made me feel so comfortable and the Dr did an AMAZING job. I didn't feel any pain and he was very clear with instructions and told me every step of the way what he was doing. The next day after the procedure I actually got a text message from him checking in on me to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend this office!

Dr. Dinsbach was great! Very thorough. He had to re-do a root canal that was not properly performed years prior in Chicago. It had caused an abscess and infection. He found new canals in the tooth that had not been cleaned out. This even cleared up my (knock on wood) vertigo issues.
The staff there is very nice, efficient, kind and funny. I would highly recommend Dr. Dinsbach and crew to anyone needing an Edondontist, since this is not a fun experience, they made it fun and tolerable.

“Most Gentle Root Canal Ever Received”

I must say, out of all of the root canals I have had performed over the past 10 years or so, the procedure performed by Dr. Dinsbach was the most painless by far. I experienced some slight pain, to be expected, once the numbing medicine and Ibuprofen/Tylenol combination settled out of my system, however, felt NO PAIN AT ALL the next day, which has never happen before. I was very touched to receive a follow from the dentist himself to see how I was healing, and his bedside manner is five star.
