First of all the staff is very knowledgeable and so sweet. I love
Wendy! She was great at explaining what would happen and took lots of time with me. The procedure I had was relatively painless but I had great results.

“Wendy is MOST AMAZING!!!!”

I have been several other places in the past and none of them compare to the customer service and time that Wendy and Joselin spend with you making sure that they meet your needs. I have had botox and juvederm for lip filler both completed by Wendy and have been so happy with all of my results. I always feel as if she tells me exactly what I need and that she is honest and very thorough. I travel and hour and half just to come and see these girls as I feel that they are the very BEST!!!

I love that Wendy carefully looks at my face, makes thoughtful suggestions on treatment and leaves me feeling that we are doing what's right for my face. I completely trust her with the needle or with any of the services you offer. She leaves me feeling younger than when I stepped in the door. “Made Me Feel At Ease”

Staff spent lots of time with me discussing the procedure and its after effects - definitely was not rushed. This alleviated some of the stress and uncertainty as to how much pain there would be during and after the Kybella injection. We also came up with a longer term plan for some facial areas where I would benefit from Botox.

I've been coming to Opitmal to see Wendy for over a year now, and she has always been super attentive to my needs. She is not someone who would overly recommend something just to take your money, but she is someone who truly cares about you. She pays attention to detail and always gives me her most honest opinion. Trusting her with my face is very telling because my face is something that I would not just trust anyone one. It is easy to make an appointment and you are always seen on time. Wendy is a miracle worker on my face. She has gotten rid of my resting wrinkles and the ones that pop up when I move my face. I wanted a natural look which she was able to accomplish in a few visits. She is wonderful! Highly recommended.

“The Best!”

I used to just grab a groupon from whatever local MedSpa was running a special...until I came to Optimal Integrative Med Spa. Wendy really spent time with me to figure out exactly what I needed to get the results I wanted, and I have been a loyal customer ever since. She never tries to over-sell me on treatments. She sets very accurate expectations. My skin has never looked better. Now, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!

“Amazing”

Wendy was unbelievable. I came in to see Wendy for night sweats I would get every single night. Wendy pinned it down between my liver and side effects from my anxiety medication. We started a liver supplement and new anxiety medicine and bam! Night sweats went away. Thank you, Wendy! I am now able to sleep at night and know my body better. I also do the infrared sauna sessions under the guidance of Wendy at the Cascades Chiro and Wellness Spa. She is AMAZING

“Love Optimal Integrative Med Spa”

I've been here for both Botox and under-eye filler (Restylane) and have always had a great experience. Dr. Heideman is friendly and knowledgeable. Jocelyn is great too. My first experience with Botox was elsewhere and that doctor advised me to get too many units. When I told her about that, Dr. Heideman said that I didn't need many. It's very reassuring to come to a place that is honest and cares about giving you the appropriate treatments. I won't go anywhere else now.
