I was terrified to have oral surgery!!! I put it off for as long as possible! I was in Dr. McLelland office for a total of 5 minutes and I knew he was the surgeon I needed! Him and his staff made me feel so comfortable and important! The surgery went amazing I have had absolutely no problems. His staff is also amazing I would highly reccomend to anyone!!

Despite the busy nature of the practice I felt as if my appointments were the only ones they had every time. They never felt rushed or unimportant. Wish every office could function this well!

I have spent many of my days with doctors and staff. I come from a medical family, have a director of nursing for a spouse, and have had many injuries in my life. You and your staffs willingness to stay late on a friday to address the injury of my daughter was exceptional. The personal treatment my family has received is exceptional, the doctors ability to comfort and listen to my 4yr old is amazing. I just wish more providers had the staff and desire to provide quality care. Thank you for taking care of my daughter.

I went to see Dr.McLelland when my jaw came slightly out of alignment because of an unconscious habit of clenching my jaw at night. It had never happened before and i was terrified. His office staff was very sweet over the phone when i called crying not sure which avenue to pursue to fix a problem i had never dealt with. The Dr himself was very approachable, and had a genuine and kind demeanor. He listened to me for a long time and let me get out all of my concerns and thoughts on what i felt had been going on with my own body and then walked me through what he thought was happening and made a treatment plan including referrals and other small things i could do at home to prevent this from happening again. Really, really, positive experience, can't sing his praises high enough!

I had to have some teeth removed and after one consultation i knew i had to go with him! He was very helpful in explaining everything that he was going to do during surgery and then everything i had to do post surgery!

Great consult. Patient with my financial needs, cooperative and friendly office. Easy extraction. Super easy and relatively painless.

Only complaint, not a super fast. I arrive early and am often seen later, in one instance, way later, than my appointment time.

Very thing was explained, what to expect care wise, what cost would be.
No bad side effects. No problem with surgery. Doctor and assistants very friendly and caring on how you were feeling about the process going to take place.

Now we will find out what happens on the follow up.

Being a very nervous person, I thought it went really well! Dr. McLelland was very good at helping me know what he would be doing inside my mouth and how everything was going to work. Whether it was the specific drugs he was going to be using or the after effects of it. It was very good!! The last week has also been very good. I haven't been in very much pain at all and I was able to do the things i wanted to within days of surgery.

I thought that it was really neat that Dr. McLelland called my at home at 6 pm to check and see how I was feeling after my wisdom teeth were pulled that morning.

I also really appreciated that they were able to get me in same day for a check up when I was still experiencing pain a week after my surgery.
