“Superb care”
My first visit to a podiatrist. Dr Kwon spent time, listened well, asked appropriate questions, provided great guidance, and was encouraging. He treated me with respect, and it was encouraging to hear I could continue with activities while taking action to deal with my right foot cramping issue. Although he could have pushed for custom orthotics, his tactic is to first try power step inserts that his office has in stock as a much less cost approach for an initial response, along with PT.
