I was diagnosed with a skin disease that I took pretty hard. Dr Mauser was very comforting, informative, supporting not only my health at hand but also emotionally helping me cope with new information. Foot pain is a drag - I was able to get an appointment quickly, was seen without lengthy wait and treated promptly and with courtesy. Don't know final outcome yet because things take time to heal, but Dr. Mauser and staff are interested in helping and competent.

“Terrible procedure and lack of follow up care”

The plantar warts removal procedure that I had done by Dr. Mauser was done so poorly that even after seven and a half weeks it is still not healed. I have had to see two new podiatrists since the procedure to get treatment to heal my foot. They both have made it clear that they would never perform a procedure like this in their office. Due to this procedure and lack of a correct follow up plan, I will have severe scarring. I do not recommend any treatment by Dr. Mauser.

Dr.Mauser and his team were very professional and friendly. They knew right away after x-raying my foot right there in the office what was wrong and took time to explain to me the best treatment for my problem. Within a few days of taking the prescribed perscription I was feeling much better. They checked on me and reminded me of my follow-up visit. I was able to purchase arch supports for my shoes right there in the office at a reasonable price. Happy to know we have them conveniently located

I have been coming to Dr. Mauser off and on for about 10 years. He and his entire office staff have always been great, very professional. I had several questions following 2 of my appointments and Dr. Mauser and his staff were very prompt and accommodating in answering my phone questions. I have felt very at ease in all of my dealings with his office and have received great relief for all of my foot problems through the years.
I would highly recommend this podiatry office.

Great experience. I was very nervous as i had never been to a podiatrist before but from the time I entered the waiting area I felt welcomed by the receptionist, then one of his assistants escorted me to a room where she discussed my concerns. She was very courteous. A short time later I met Dr.Mauser,which was a pleasure. he examined me and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained all my options. I started coming here years ago with two broken ankles. Great experience with quick healing.

Years later, I brought my husband here who has diabetes and had a check for his feet and mine.

About a month later, I had pain in my ankle and had to return, this has been a weird injury that DR Alan has had great patience with me and understanding.

The office workers and nurses are nothing but nice and friendly.

Dr. Mauser has a good listening ear. He listened to my issues and made suggestions for treatment. Some of which I took advantage of some insurance wouldn't cover. He is kind, soft spoken, listens and pays attention to what i'm saying and he's straight to the point; none of this, well it could be this or you may have that. I liked him so much that I've set appointments for my husband and son. Is it weird to wish I had something else wrong with my feet so I could see him more often? Yeah, maybe so

I found this place after having a not-so-great experience with another office and doctor. Upon arriving here the front staff were all so sweet and helpful and prompt. Dr. Mauser thoroughly explained what my issue was, the best course of action for the immediate future, and what I need to do for long term comfort. I learned more in 15 minutes here than I did in almost 2 months with my last doctor. Will definitely recommend this office in the future!

“Friendly staff, up front about costs, and very accommodating”

Everyone I interacted with at Louisville Podiatry was very friendly and helpful in all parts of the process. They were also very up front and clear about what I was paying for and what I wasn't. Dr. Mauser made me feel heard and gave me clear answers to my questions. I definitely would recommend Louisville Podiatry!

His staff was kind listened well, Dr. Mauser did a careful foot exam, reviewed my xrays and answered all my questions carefully. I was grateful to be reassured that I did not need surgery. I trust him and am deeply grateful that he is my doc.

“Consistent, Great Service for over 20 Years!”

Dr. Mauser took care of my mom for many years starting in the 90's. Knowing the kind, compassionate way he treated her, naturally I chose him for my foot doctor once I developed foot issues. Dr. Mauser and his staff always get me in quickly, treat whatever the issue my be, and are just pleasant to deal with, they are incredible.
