“Dr Elizabeth McLain's appointment experience”
1. Ease of getting appointment - Dr McLain is very good at time management. New patients will have a longer wait time. Established patients are scheduled for the available times, currently 1 - 2 months. If an established patient has a problem, depending what the problem is Dr McLain will see patient if she feels appointment is needed.
2. Courtesy of practice staff - Dr McLain always has a positive attitude. She does rush you through an appointment, if you need to talk she will let you talk & you have her attention. Then she will give her comments that may help you.
Everyone in the office is friendly. Very good phone courtesy. Nurse is very efficient.
3.Office appearance and atmosphere - Office is neat & has a calming atmosphere.
4. Handling of billing matters - Dr McLain has a separate office to handle her billing. Everyone there has good phone courtesy.
5. Average wait time - Again, Dr McLain is very good at time management. I have been seeing Dr McLain for 6 years & have only had to wait approximately 10 minutes for 2 appointments.
6. Waiting period for scheduling of outside tests - I will hear from Dr McLain's office same day or within 1-2 days for scheduled outside test.
