Had some pain and difficulty with a previous dental implant. Dr. Kishter and his staff quickly assessed the problem, coordinated with my dentist, and formulated a treatment plan to address my problem. Dental related visits always cause me anxiety but this practice and Dr. Kishter minimized that distress.

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kishter on one of my follow up visits. Dr Iyer was going to be out of town. She scheduled one of my post op appointments with him. “Pleasant and calming experience”

I am not afraid of the dentist but I am not a fan of pain. Working with Dr. Stark and the team at MOSA was a dental delight. I was treated with care and my concerns were addressed immediately. As with any surgery pain is expected but my fears were addresses and the pain tempered. My expectations were high since Dr. Stark came highly recommended by my referring dentist. I was not disappointed! He is an amazingly patient and efficient surgeon. If there is ever a need for a surgeon, Dr. Stark will be my first option. When scheduling my appointment I was nervous about the cost, but Shawn walked me through all prices. I came in multiple times wanting to do a consult on implants, as if i was undecided, but each time Dr. Stark made it feel like my first visit. He never judge me for coming and not actually getting the work done. When I finally decided to have the implants done, Dr. Stark along with his assistant verbally walked me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Stark has one of the best dental assistant there is. She is AWESOME!!!!!!

“Thankful they got me in quickly”

I haven't spent much time with Dr. Stark or his staff yet so this review is unfortunately incomplete. I will say I was incredibly grateful that they got me in for emergency oral surgery because of intense tooth pain.

The post-op instructions weren't super clear...it'd be great if they had a print out of what you needed to do and what was normal after surgery.

I had to be a pretty active patient to understand what/how/why I was being charged but they answered all my questions graciously -- but I did have to *ask* them to hear what was really going on.

Dr. Stark was very nice, friendly, and the visit was short. It was relatively quick to get me in especially considering that it was an emergency and I hadn't scheduled an appt.

Overall my experience with Dr Robinson has been great. He is extremely professional and takes the time to explain everything he is doing. Plus the procedure i had done was almost extremely painless. If i did have a complaint it would be the fact that i had to come back for a revision of my original procedure, which is never fun...but Dr Robinson took the time to make things right and even coordinate care with my primary dentist as well. “He was kind, helpful and a true professional.”

I was referred by my dentist with an emergency mouth issue. I was able to leave the dentist and be seen within a half hour. I was in severe pain and the office receptionists and Dr. Robinson took care of me. He made time to see me the next day, someone was on call all night long if I needed help, and I felt so much better before taking the medication when I left. Within 24 hours I was doing better.

“Amazing considering it was pulling out a wisdom tooth”

Dr. Robinson was very understand of my nerves going into the procedure so he made sure to not only reassure me but to also make sure all my questions were answered. What I have never experienced before that I experienced with Dr. Robinson, is that he called me the next morning personally just to check how I was doing/symptoms and pain level. That was unheard of to me.

My experience was great! I was getting 3 wisdom teeth out, 1 corosectomy (not sure how to spell that) on the bottom and 2 top ones. I was in and out within 30 minutes and the actual surgery was maybe max 15 minutes. Dr. Stark was super nice during the whole thing and made me feel comfortable. I could tell that he has had a lot of experience and is good at what he does.

It does seem like a very high-volume office, but I never waited too long for my appointment and all of the staff members were great. Compared with other doctor/dental offices I've been to, there was less of a personal feel, like I was just another wisdom tooth extraction for him. But that doesn't bother me and I was just another routine wisdom tooth extraction. Everything went well, no complaints.

“Best Experience I've Had in the Field of Dentistry”

I was very nervous when I entered that room. People around me had taken their wisdom teeth out and told me their stories, but none of that made me feel less anxious. when Dr. Strak and his tram entered the room on my surgery day, I knew that I'll be in good hands. They were all kind and made sure to do anything possible to make me feel better. What was even more surprising for me, was the fact that they called me a few days later to check up on how I feel. They're awesome!

Dr.Stark was excellent in correcting my dental issue.

Dealing with MOSA office was the worst experience I've ever had. The handling of the medical billing was poor and my health insurance stated that they were a difficult office to deal with. After multiple calls into the office, we were told different stories from different people. My wife spoke to the office manager and told here what the health insurance company advised.

As a customer service experience, I will not be back to this office. Dr. Stark should look into improving the front office.

“Great Experience, Very Professional and Knowledgeable”

Dr. Stark was great! Getting my wisdom teeth out at 20-something was pretty nerve-wrecking for me but Dr. Stark and his staff were so professional, and kind. Dr. Stark explained everything well each time I met with him, was honest and responded to my concerns. The procedure was sooo fast! I was in and out even with getting all 4 out. I definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Stark was very thorough about the diagnosis and surgical procedure involved in extracting my daughter's 4 wisdom teeth. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Very pleasant and positive demeanor. The office staff and nurses were also very helpful throughout our appointments.

“so far so good!”

I'm only a quarter of the way through my implant journey, but everything has been great so far. Dr. Stark is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions and concerns. His staff is also professional and courteous, which really adds to the experience. If I ever have to do this again, I will only come to Dr. Stark!

“Exceeded expectations”

This office has 100% hospitable staff that are very knowledgeable and caring toward patients. I was in and out without a long wait and any concerns were answered and catered to immediately. “Knowledgable but a bit matter of fact”

It is clear Dr. Robinson is very knowledgable and very capable. He gave us a lot of information but was a bit matter of fact making us pause at first to make sure we knew the best course of action. Would like him to give his professional advice on best course of action once he explains the options. We got there but had more questions than answers at first. Still don't have sense if this is routine or more complex and what the ramifications for recovery is.
