Dr. Saad actually listens and is extremely experienced and intuitive, she had my personality pegged within minutes of our session and knew exactly what my painpoints were. I very much liked the combination of eastern healing recommendations/referrals in addition to the talk therapy. It feels like an all encompassing mind/spirit therapy and healing session.

“Finally found a Psychologist that gave me hope and understanding”

Dr. Saad has an amazing set of skills as a psychologist, which helped me in many ways. She not only is great at listening, she also gives great feedback and helps her patients develop a vocabulary for what they are going through. It was so easy to connect with her as she really cares about your previous therapy experiences and what did or did not work for you. Her Qigong class has been a wonderful and lifechanging experience. I have felt my mental and physical health improve with each session.

Unbelievable, life changing and I cannot stress that enough. This is a place where you are understood, where you are made to feel comfortable, and there is nothing you can't talk about because it may feel "too far out there". They listen, they genuinely listen, they genuinely care, and the place has amazing energy. Safey... I strongly implore everybody even considering it to just make the first appointment and go. Life will no longer be the same. Go on, do it.

“Extremely Helpful and enlightening”

Dr. Yasmine was very attentive and genuine during our first visit. After going through a miscarriage I felt the urgent need to talk to a professional and seek ways to deal with it. She helped shed light and pin point areas that needed improvement and needed adjustments to my thought process. I left feeling at ease and positive. “Insightful experience”

My session with Dr. Saad was incredibly insightful. In a short amount of time, she was able to pinpoint areas that have been a source of pain, but which I had not previously considered. I appreciated her holistic approach of taking mind, body, and spirit into account. I would highly recommend for anyone to get a consultation with her to get a better understanding of themselves.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Yasmine Saad today. She knew exactly what to ask and quickly understood what is going on. I usually never show emotions. However, Dr. Saad made me feel very comfortable and is an amazing listener. She could explain what was going on in my mind and what struggles I have in a more accurate way than I ever could. I have been looking for a therapist for months and have seen a few and nothing has compared to even just my first appointment with Dr. Saad. I felt like she really understood what I had to say and listened without judgement. I found the initial consultation with Dr. Saad very impressive. She was able to listen to my ramblings and very quickly paint a quick picture of some of the issues I'm experiencing and help me to understand myself in a different light. “First First Exceptional”

I had my initial consultation with Dr Saad and it really exceeded my expectations. I have talked to many therapists in the past however never made it to the second appointment as I did not feel there is an understanding of what I am explaining. This was the first time that Dr Saad was clearly able to explain my situation, symptoms and bringing up situations that I could very well related too. I also really appreciated her hollistic approach and spiritual mindset. Looking forward to my next appointment.

“Meaningful and informative session.”

I had an excellent intake session with Dr. Saad. I was amazed at how easily and quickly she was able to identify the root cause of some of the feelings and emotions I have been experiencing. Everything that she shared throughout the session resonated with me. I felt that she not only listened to me, but that she understood me. She was warm and made me feel at ease. I felt very comfortable opening up and sharing my experiences and emotions. Additionally, she and her staff are very transparent, responsive, and organized. Overall, my initial interaction with Dr. Saad and her office have been great! I look forward to continuing to receive therapy from this practice.

“I was very apprehensive about therapy but the matching process gave me the confidence to begin and two years later I am incredibly grateful.”

The therapist I was matched with has been an extraordinarily good fit. I don't know that I knew exactly what I was looking for in a therapist, and the prospect of "dating around" to find a therapist was really overwhelming. Having an experienced, knowledgeable practitioner match me with someone was such a gift and my experience with my therapist has been truly life changing.

“Thank you !”

When I started to work with Dr Saad, I was on multiple medications for a diagnosis of Bipolar. I never in my life imagined that I could live without taking my medication - as I had been daily for the past 8 years. She did something that felt out of the ordinary for me, which was that she didn't judge or pathologize me. She sat me down and gently told me that I wasn't broken and that I could choose to see my sensitivity as a gift. She then introduced me to Qigong and acupuncture and the more time we worked together, the more I was able to really begin seeing myself through a loving and compassionate lens. I cannot believe that I was able to get off the medication. I feel beyond lucky that I had the chance to work with Dr Saad and I sincerely hope that more people have the chance to work with her too!

“Great First Session”

Dr. Saad was great at giving lots of information in a short time period. She was very helpful in quickly coming to a consensus about what was going wrong in my life and how we would work to fix it. She has a different approach to most therapists that I believe will be beneficial to me as I continue to seek therapy. While I'm sad she can't be my permanent therapist, she is very good at setting you up with someone who will understand what you need and be able to work with you on your issues.

My favorite thing about going to this psychological services office is the initial on boarding process for new patients. I liked that there was an initial appointment with a doctor who then matched you with a long term doctor based on each patients specific needs. Everyone was very nice and flexible with my work schedule. I am very happy with my experience here!

“mind-body-soul opening experience”

This Qigong class is the first i have ever taken. I will say it has been a life changing experience me, not in the sense that i have had a profound change in my life, mood, character or habits at all but in the way in which it added one of the most effective tools to my ways of dealing with my anxiety, depression and focusing issues. Qigong works! It works for everyone and has clear effects even just two movements into it. Most importantly it has severely healed my mind-body disconnect.

I met with Dr Saad a few months ago and I had a wonderful consultation with her, very efficient and constructive. She redirected me to a therapist of her medical group, Jennifer Gorman-Farzad that was the perfect person for me and with who I felt at ease right away and who is so helpful in my day to day life.They both suggested I should try acupuncture which also helped me so much to find balance and energy again. I walked into the appointment with high expectations, having perused Dr. Saad's credentials and reviews, but my experience proved even more rewarding than I could have imagined. Dr. Saad displayed this uncanny ability to deconstruct my problems, arriving at the cause of my confusion within less than 10 minutes. “Feeling more at peace already”

I was really hopeful about how this therapy session would go, and I was not disappointed. When you're feeling an intense, all-consuming amount of emotions, it's difficult to imagine that one therapy session will be helpful, but Dr. Saad listened to me so intently, letting me fully speak without any hint of interruption. She really understood my emotions and the current state I'm in, and gave me feedback and insights that I never took into consideration prior to our session. She provided different ways of thinking about my current situation that are making me open up my mind to other possibilities and even seeing a brighter path forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is going through difficult times and needs help overcoming hardship.

I highly recommend Dr. Saad and the psychologists in her group practice. I feel so lucky to have found her and her group practice! It had an amazing initial consultation with her. I was amazed at how quickly she got me! I have tried many therapists before to no avail. What a nice surprise! The therapist she matched me with changed my life. I cannot even begin to describe the changes:) I ended up referring my husband and children to her. They all have different therapists and they are all so so happy with the quality of their treatment. I see changes in them too:) I am not sure how she managed to have such a good team on board. Everyone is good at her practice! If you are reading this, you are lucky!
