I am 35 and had been noticing I needed more and more under eye concealer when doing my make-up in the morning. I had dark circles with small bags above and was researching lower eye lifts. I found Dr Madnani online and booked my appointment. He suggested I hold off on surgery for a while and he treated my lower eyes with a filler called Belotero. It worked! He evened out the area and disguised the small bags above. Such a difference! I really appreciated Dr Madnani's honesty and the fact that he steered me toward a much less expensive option! Dr. Madnani is kind, patient , understanding and he is a great listener. As a patient l'm very comfortable when visiting his office. The staff is great, all very friendly and knowledgeable. Recently, I had my first kybella treatment with Dr. Madnani. kybella is used to create a better profile by dissolving or destroying fat under the chin. The treatment did not take long, about twenty minutes. After completion of kybella, I continued my day as normal. There was ice applied to the kybella site for a brief period of time. The next morning, there was swelling under the chin, but no real discomfort, there was a numb feeling in the area. I put on a thin scarf and went on with my daily routine. The swelling lasted 48-72 hours. There may still be some swelling, but is only noticeable to me. My treatment was done three weeks ago, I am happy that I made the decision to try kybella. I think its going to be really good for me. In my next review, there will be a more to share. So far all is great with kybella. My next procedure with Dr. Madnani was PRP with microneedling. This was a great to help with acne scarring and large pores on my face. My PRP was two weeks ago, no downtime. I have gotten compliments on how smooth my skin looks, and I have noticed the pores on my nose are much smaller. The procedure takes forty five minutes, I was comfortable, and returned to my normal life the same day. The day after PRP, there was nothing unusual about the way my face looked. A little redness in certain areas, but after the second day, I could no longer see any redness. In my next review I will talk more about both treatments. Kybella and microneedling.
