In the beginning, I had severe pain. It was to the point where I could not walk. My knee had swelled up to the point I could not wear any pants. I met Dr. McMillan. He and his staff are so nice. I was scared. He put me through physical therapy. It helped for little while, but I still had trouble. I then kept my appointments with Dr. McMillan and he stated I will need surgery. I was very nervous about it because I had never had any surgeries. I had my surgery. Today i am great with pants on fine.

As a 45 year old man in decent physical shape, I was starting to feel the effects of what I thought was low T. I was always tired, had no energy at the gym, lack of focus, and a low sex drive. Dr. McMillan ran an in-depth lab on my blood to get values for a tremendously detailed amount of information. When I returned for my review, Dr. McMillan took the time to go over each value and what they meant. Was having pain in my left wrist that was like a shooting sensation going up my arm and this pain would wake me up at night. Came into see Dr. McMillan who diagnosed carpel tunnel syndrome. Told me my options and I elected to have surgery which was a complete success!! I would and already have recommended Dr. McMillan to others who are going through this pain. “Exceptional and Refreshing Orthopedic Experience”

Due to contact sports, I have horrible knees. I've had surgery at one other place, Stanford Medical Center. I'm here on a workman's comp case and I've heard horror stories regarding workman's comp Doctor's being butchers, but I've had a better experience here at Dr.McMIllan's than I did when I chose Stanford on my own dime. I can't choose workman's comp doctors, but I'm here receiving better care. Dr. McMIllan made sure I understood the injuries and mechanics and was knowledgeable to explain the injuries and why my knee did what it did. He also explained the different methods of reconstructing and why he chose the particular method. 6 months post surgery, my knee unbelievable. Doing things I haven't done in years. ZERO complications.
