“not happy with this dentist staff for scheduling issues mosty”

called almost two months ago as new patient. explained that both my children had cavities and needed a cleaning. I was schedule an appoint and had to wait a MONTH AND A HALF!
On arrival of appointment I was told there was no one here to fill cavities and they would have to come back for that???

I waited long enough and I am unsure how the lady could be confused when making my appointment - I was clear!

“New Patient Root Canal”

Kind office staff. Excellent dental assistant...caring, thorough, explained procedures and answered questions I had. Dr. McRae graciously worked my root canal into his already full day and was very professional and knowledgeable. I think This was my first time in this practice. I'm switching dentists! My favorite part was when I was offered a list of "comfort assists" like a neck pillow, blanket, headphones, music, etc.

“Fast Effective dentistry”

Dentist and assistant came in explained the procedure and executed it with out pause. The front office staff (Sheena) was very flexible with me and helped me tremendously with making my payment both easy for me and the dentistry.

My experience at Dr. McRae'd office has been met with a highly professional staff and work preformed.
I really like the fact that it is a multi cultural team. That says a lot about the office and may be the reason that I decided to use their services.
The work that I have had done is second to none. The staff has been very informative and kind.

When I come to McRae family dentistry, I feel like I am being cared for like family. All the way from warm greetings from Cleo and Sheena in the front office to post procedural phone calls to check up on me by Eliza, you will only find the best dental care here. Dr. McRae provides the most comfortable and professional care you could ever imagine. He makes any procedure pain free and your comfort is always his highest priority. I would recommend Dr. Mcrae 100% for all of your dental needs!

“Caring and quick”

Dr. McRae was very gentle and quick during my appointment. I had done 7 fillings and it was a very painless experience. His assistant Laiza did a lot of the work as well and was very sweet, always making sure I was comfortable. His front desk receptionist, Shenna, helped me with the billing and even let my mom pay for the appointment over the phone. Excellent experience, would come back any time.

From start to finish the service I receive was great!. Ms. Cleo was nice enough to take the time to find what date and time was good with my schedule. The ladies at the front desk were very nice upon my arrival. Tiffany the Hygienist was awesome, nice and informative! Dr. McRae took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed my needs. Overall my visit was GREAT and I will be sure to come back my for my next cleaning.

I was nervous to have fillings done, but the staff here was very comforting and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. The procedure wasn't painful at all, which is something I worried about! They even let me listen to music of my choice during the procedure. “First Visit”

Dr. Andrews and her dental assistant were kind, caring and great listeners. Dr. Andrews went to great lengths to test my pain sensitivity to isolate the accurate affected tooth. She helped answer all my questions. I was then referred to Dr. McCrae for a root canal.
