We were nervous about doing any type of intervention to remove the lesions but topical treatments were unsuccessful. Dr Yoojin Kim and her staff were so kind and helpful. After numbing the area the procedure was brief and pretty much stress/pain free. We distracted my son with some cartoons and he barely noticed anything. The nurses were very efficient at cleaning and bandaging the wounds after the doctor removed them. I regret not bringing him sooner. Too soon to know if everything is gone for good. Occasionally there's a need for minor interventions in the future. So far my wife and I are extremely pleased with the care we received and would absolutely recommend this office to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hu! She is very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns/backstory. Past doctors I have seen for my hair loss dismissed me because they said I still have plenty hair on my head but this doctor was the first who allowed me to explain that my hair used to be much thicker than it is currently (I am aware that I do still have a normal amount of hair but this is 1/3 the amount I have previously). She also informed me several approaches I could take to fix the problem and explained the likely cause of the problem. I am beyond relieved to finally have a dermatologist address my hair loss and my visit couldn’t have gone any better! She is the best!

Honestly has been a very great Dermatologist actually listens and takes the time to speak and help you throughly and explain everything that is needed and isn't needed. I travel all the way from Staten Island so i take a 3 hour trip to come here. So that says a lot. And the front staff is very helpful and nice.

The whole experience was a bit rushed... But it seems that Ms. Park knows what she is talking about... However, apparently, we can never know the true cause of the hives/acute urticaria. I was given an optional prescription, but the Benadryl anti-histamine gel I've been using would be good enough for now.

Despite coming into the office for 4-5 different reasons, both took the time out to ensure all questions were answered.
