“Wonderful experience!”

This was our second appointment in 2 years, with Dr. Latter. He always takes enough time to do a very good eye exam. It is nice to talk to him and let him know our concerns about our eyes health. His staff is friendly and always help me with the right choice of my favorite eyeglasses!

Doctor, assistant and optician were extremely patient and helpful. I felt I could trust them and even thought I did have to wait I knew it was because they were giving good care to the patients before me. I was confident that I would receive the same care. Dr. Latter was very helpful in explaining my situation. I am very unsure and unclear with what is best for my eye care and he helped me get it all straight.

“Things seemed somewhat unorganized in the morning, but it was an unusually busy day as the Dr was leaving on vacation, and was only there half day that morning.”

Since it was not your typical day, with a Dr preparing for vacation, I wouldn't be giving a fair evaluation. The office staff seemed under staffed first thing in the morning though it got better while I was inside with the doctor. The doctor seemed a little rushed that morning as I was told patience were pushing to see him before his vacation. I am hoping that the atmosphere will seem less rushed when the doctor returns and full staff will be in the office and that they will not overbook patients in a day.

“Dr. Latter is great!”

I have been seeing Dr. Latter for 10 years. He performed a laser treatment on both eyes for glaucoma 4 years ago and my levels have been continually healthy since then. He also performed cataract surgery on both eyes and my vision is the best it has been since I was in 5th grade. (I am now 72 ) Needless to say, I have complete confidence in Dr. Latter.

My daughter was seen by Dr.Latter today, and from the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted with smiles. The nurse was very caring and professional. Dr.Latter made us feel very comfortable as he preformed his exam. My daughter did not feel any anxiety, and felt like her Dr. treated her like family. I was experiencing pain in one of my eyes and called to ask if I could be seen soon. The doctor's staff found an opening for me the next day. Doctor Latter is an expert in treating dry eyes. He proposed that we try a new treatment and gave me options. This is wonderful news! I didn't know there were new treatments available.

Dr. Latter and his staff are not only very kind and very thorough, but double checks everything and takes the safety of their clients very seriously! Dr. Latter himself is not only very thorough, but has very good bedside manners, is very kind, and really takes his time with each patient and does not rush through like some other doctor visits I have experienced. You will do yourself a huge favor by visiting Dr. Latter and his staff and will have a wonderful overall experience, and this is coming from someone who is very particular and OCD! “You know when you are with a quality ophthalmologist when you are seen by Dr. Latter.”

He had all the high tech equipment not always seen at other eye doctor's offices for conditions like dry eye. You get seen on a timely basis. He is knowledgable and approachable and I enjoyed my experience being evaluated for cataracts immensely. I'm in good hands.
