“I like Lorelei, not her office though”

I have gone to Lorelei for a number of years. She takes time with me, makes correct diagnoses, and is kind and gentle. However, her office is not as competent. They always put me on hold when I call and are not prompt in returning calls or getting lab results back to me. I wish she were in a differnet office!

When she switched to a Dr that I couldnt see (that's what they told me at her office) I was so disappointed. She is the only medical professional that I ever liked and I've had many being 59 years old! I'd do anything to be able to see her again. She always had time and explained everything. If you ever have a chance to get on her patient list do it, you won't regret it!
