My first visit with Dr. Nevo was reassuring. After diagnosing my problem he explained how the treatment would alleviate my issue. He explained throughout the treatment what he was doing. In a very calm manner he used his diagnostic skills with the ultrasound as he injected my foot. I had pain for the longest time and now the pain is literally gone.

I was losing my ability to get up from lying down and could only do with pain and reaching for an object to help to pull myself up. I'm still healing/awaiting the results of the procedure, but his attention to detail, willingness to explain the procedure, attitude, professionalism, and personality were excellent. I would highly recommend Ness therapy for any PRP injections. I can vouch that 4 weeks' out post-hip/labral/sacral injections and his physical therapy protocol, I am literally a different person. Dr. N is precise, an excellent listener, an outstanding practitioner, and he will spend the time that you need to treat the issues at hand. I could barely move after months and had difficulty walking (dragging my left side "behind me", constant pain, difficulty sleeping, standing, moving - forget sitting). Walking up or down stairs was nearly impossible. I'd had a sports injury years ago (lower back/herniated discs), really severe micro-tears/tendon damage in the hip/groin. Extended sitting, atrophy during pandemic. My physical therapist recommended PRP with Dr. N, and I cannot say enough positive things. Excellent office appointments, terrific staff, easy to make appointments. Most of all, I am out of pain, getting stronger every day. 10 stars if I could.
