“Go to Dr. Chang and get rid of your pain!”

As I entered Dr. Chang's office, I was impressed by the very efficient, friendly and very professional staff. I presented at my first visit with two extremely swollen knees, elephant size. The pain was unbearable. I was facing a major surgery. Instead, Dr. James Chang was able to completely change that through his advanced medicinal tactics, proper medication and I am now close to pain-free. He has excellent bedside manners, extremely knowledgeable and concerned. I highly recommend him to all.

AJ has been my physical therapist for over a year. I started treatment at NJ Spine and Wellness for my migraines and he helped me strengthen my neck. “Richa is a phenomenal PT - professional, skillful, and personable.”

I saw Richa Ranade for 15 visits between December 2021 and February 2022. She treated me for neck issues - which at that time were incredibly painful. There was a lot of stiffness in my cervical spine. Today as I write this after not being there for almost two months, my pain is minimal - 2 maybe on a scale of 10. I haven't taken pain medication in weeks. I continue to do the exercises that Richa, Anthony, and Steven skillfully and patiently guided me through. And of course, one or the other PTs always stepped in happily and helpfully. I have nothing but the highest praise for all that they did for me with their professionalism, skill and more than anything their very personable manners. I will recommend them to anyone who needs care and pain relief. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Rumu DasGupta

“Keeps Me as Active As Possible”

With an injury to my L5S1 disc, Dr. Chang has been treating me for close 4 years now. I can't stress how caring Dr. Chang has been in his treatments. My injury has continued to progressively get worse over time bit with his constant attention to my situation, he has kept me in business, working as much as possible with as little pain as possible. “I visit her, I get better”

I work so I sometimes cannot go see Dr. Ranade but whenever I have the time I go see her. She improves my pain so I can continue at my work. I no am suffering from upper and lower back pain and more recently, from pain in the ribs and she is helping me. Thank you Dr., Ranade!

“Better than Disney!”

Garrett not only took the time to understand the mechanism of injury causing my pain but properly treated it! I feel like a million bucks right now and ready to get back in the gym. Nicole was awesome at explaining all the exercises in depth and providing some extra soft tissue work when I came in with foot pain. Thank you to everyone else who is helping me get better faster!

“I am so happy my friend recommended this place!”

Everybody is super friendly and helpful and NJSW. I came in to improve my balance and strength. Caitlin my OT along with Tim Yu my PT and the floor staff, Elyse and Amanda, were able to get me moving better and safer to do all the things I want to do. All the staff members were so helpful, I would recommend NJSW to anyone!
