I've not only had the luck of having Dr. Matthew Mondoro as my Chiropractor, But I also got to work with him from his very first day here at OBNJSW. What a kindhearted Provider, coworker and person. “Matt is the absolute BEST chiro ever! I should know!”

I have been to several chiropractors over the years and Matt really is the best. He adjusts without unnecessary cracking or overstretching like some others. That is the slogan found on the PT area walls at NJ Spine and Wellness. True statement. Hurt my back impinging a nerve causing a foot drop making it really hard to walk. Unaddressed I would have not been able to walk or face surgery. PT works. I am now back to walking my dog a mile in the park, and no surgery needed. What a relief!

Dr. Tim helped me live again. When I started PT I could hardly walk due to disc problems, but Tim and his team helped me tremendously and prepared me for surgery. After surgery, which was a huge success, he worked diligently along with the team so I would be 100% in the future. I wouldn't dream of having anyone but Dr. Tim work on my back, I also referred Dr.Tim to everyone that needed help and he was able to help them get better!

Dr. Sharan is a brilliant man and one of the best doctors I have seen (and I see a lot of doctors). He is kind, compassionate, thorough and very calming. He treats you like a person, not a number. He is instantly likable and trustworthy. You can just tell that he knows what he is talking about. My surgery went very well (Awake Spinal Fusion) and he called me every morning for three days after the surgery to check on me. He never hesitated to answer all of my questions and he alleviated any concerns that came up right away. I am disappointed that I have to wait another six weeks to see him again! Great doctor, great guy. Thank you Dr. Sharan!

I never expected to have shoulder pain relieved so much, Caitlin Alpaugh my Occupational Therapist, has shown me how to strengthen my shoulder muscles without hurting myself. For such a young adult she has such incredible knowledge and wisdom about her field. She was very gentle, kind, and extremely supportive, and I will miss her, but I know where to go if I need to come back. I was afraid initially to go to a chiropractor because of previous bad experiences, but Dr. Matt was so careful and really listened to me, he has really gained my trust in the chiropractic field. Have seen Dr. Matt for over a year after having a spinal fusion surgery . I have been to several Chiropractors and Doctor Matt is the best. He takes the time to listen and understand any concerns and works to make you feel better after every visit. He does more than just adjusting , he really takes the time to work on my back and educate me on how to do things so I prevent any injuries .And he is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Have known Dr. Tim since my daughter had to come in for some physical therapy. While he was not the primary doctor for her, he was always welcoming and helpful when the primary doctor wasn't available or on vacation. He became my primary doctor after I was diagnosed with some pain in my hamstrings and he has been working with me to make feel better and recover faster. His approach is warm and friendly and diagnosis is on point!

“I found an amazing PT”

I came NJ Spine and Wellness after having a spinal fusion , and was referred to Dr Tim. When I started seeing Dr Tim I was weak and in a lot of pain , after a few months I started gaining strength and feeling less pain. I learned a lot about posture, and how to do daily movements in safe way to prevent future injuries. I looked forward to every visit, didnt mind the 40 min drive three times a week , because I felt stronger and in less pain with every visit. Dr Tim is very friendly as well and makes you feel comfortable. He is by far one of the most knowledgeable PTs I have known. Suffering from back pain for a couple a years I was treated by different PTs but none of them made me feel any less pain. My experience has been great since day 1.

“Amazing improvement before and after my cervical surgery!!”

I needed 3 herniated discs fused in my cervical spine and Dr. Tim has been taking care of me for over a year. Prior to my surgery he helped give me relief of my severe pain, and since my surgery in May, he has helped me regain my strength to pre-injury status!! From the moment I met Dr. Tim, he was kind, caring and made you feel welcomed.
His knowledge was incredible!! He knew right away what was wrong with me and put me on his program.
