I like that way doctor explains everything. Also they remember patients whole family members.I like assistant Allie . she is very kind and professional. Also hygienist Quinny is very nice with my kids.They love their visits.
But I am not very impressed with the basic cleaning appointments. I feel they can do better.

Even though this was just a routine cleaning, my hygienest offered topical numbing swabs to help with the areas where my gums were tender. It made the scraping much easier to get through. Dr. Mainker is always serious about addressing any pain concerns we have and she has obviously communicated that philosophy to all her staff. It is one of the things that keeps me coming back.

I've had aggressive dentists who want to do everything, all cosmetic, everything, or they are upset! I've had too-soft dentists who don't catch problems, real problems. Dr. Mainker is thorough but very gentle. She is careful to be gentle, but is not afraid to do what needs to be done. I recommend her to anyone I know needs a dentist. And they all like her as well.

I needed an emergency crown and the Dr. took care of me given short notice. After seeing the xrays she informed me that I might be needing a root canal or 2 before the permanent crown it put on...... Yuck !! I went to an endodontist and sure enough after receiving 2 root canals I returned to Dr. Mainker for my permanent crown. She and Somona her assistant were wonderful through the whole process.
