On-site and Local Neurological Testing

The Neurology Center of East Alabama performs the following tests in office as well as at East Alabama Medical Center (EAMC):

  • NCV – (nerve conduction velocity) used to determine the adequacy of the conduction of the nerve impulse as it courses down a nerve
  • EEG – (electroencephalogram) detects electrical activity in your brain
  • EMG – (electromyogram) used to record the electrical activity of muscles
  • Botox injections for headaches, migraines or spasticity.

In addition to the tests above, the Neurology Center of East Alabama offers a range of specialized tests to determine a diagnosis.
