“Excellent Therapist”

I've been seeing this therapist now for some time and she is really good. I really like that Nancy is so compassionate & understanding but at the same times tells me what I need to hear. I enjoy the skills that she teaches. Well, not a first, but with Nancy's help I've been making a lot of progress finding these tools she teaches are really helping. Iv'e struggles with anxiety & some OCD for a long time and now I'm feeling a lot more in control. Thanks.

“Good experience working with Nancy”

I have been working with Nancy for about 10 weeks now. Her emphasis on mindfulness & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy has been very helpful to me. She uses a white board for visual teaching/learning of the concepts which has been especially helpful for me as a visual learner. We will soon start doing ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention) therapy which I am looking forward to. My ability to deal with my anxiety & depression has increased significantly, more so than other therapists I've seen.
