“diVa gave me back the life I wanted!”

I had years of embarrassing moments that prevented me from enjoying time with my kids, exercising the way I wanted to, and being intimate with my husband. When I finally had had enough, I contacted New Life about treatment options.
Meredith is absolutely THE best! I was a bit apprehensive about the process involved with diVa, but Meredith was so knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The procedure is quick and comfortable, with no down time. If you've been considering diVa, DO IT!

Meredith is truly excellent and passionate about providing individualized service. She is meticulous, detailed and an artist with injectables and laser services. So far I have been more than pleased with the products Meredith recommended. For the first time in all of the various treatments I've been involved in, I have followed Meredith's instructions with the products I bought prior to the Halo treatment. Those products have made the biggest complexion difference. Even without the Halo, I would be happy with the product treatments. I have the utmost confidence in the treatments I am receiving with Meredith. There is a high level of confidence in my expectations from her. I felt assurance of safe and reliable results just from being in her office. Am so looking forward to the end results. I have been to two other people (plastic surgeons) in the Raleigh area and have had terrible results. I had botox and had the adverse event of droopy lids which I have never had before. I have been coming to Meredith for a few years now. I have tried a few other practices for Botox and have always been over injected. It's left me with heavy lids and frustrated that I paid money to have myself made to look worse. I noticed an immediate difference with Meredith. She was willing to listen to me and took it slow with injections. She saw me back a few weeks after my first injections to see the results. She has found a great natural looking balance of Botox that I'm super happy with. She is always pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a personal touch!

“Treatment tailored to me!”

I was afraid of feeling pressured into procedures and products when I started the process and that is the opposite of what I found. You have never really experianced great service, great treatment and GREAT RESULTS until you have been treated my Meredith. I have been getting treatments for the last 15 years and I thought i was getting good results with good service. However once you have had a GREAT exsperiance with great results, you will never want to go back to just "good" results. Meredith achives her results by taking the time to listen to you and what your "wants and needs" are, then she comes up with a treatment plan that is customized for you. Absolutely love the way my lips look! Meredith transformed my lips. They were thin nondescript and having a downward pull, making me look as though I was frowning all the time. The place I had been going to never explained how important maintenance was, which caused me to spend more money due to the Botox completely going away. “I felt safe returning to the practice”

Since the pandemic small businesses have had to modify new safety policies. Meredith was very thorough with her new protocol. From greeting me at the door, taking my temperature, and giving sanitizer to me I knew she was taking safety seriously. I have seen Meredith Harris for over 6 years now. She is nothing short of a perfectionist. I saw her yesterday as her doors opened back up for services. She followed strict guidelines during this time, including taking my temperature upon entering and providing masks if needed. I have gone to Meredith over the last few years for Botox and now Kybella. I am someone who pretty easily is spooked by needles and she has made every visit stress free. She is very thorough and makes sure you have all questions answered - and she is a wealth of knowledge.
