“Great experience all around!”

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Shazel and the entire staff at Old Town MedSpa! I went in for a Groupon and now would not consider going anywhere else. Both the Doctors and their staff make you feel comfortable and welcome right away and I trust them completely which is not something you come by everyday!

“Excellent Service and Results!”

Dr. S. Gharbi recommended Pearl Laser for my face to minimize pores and fine lines and the results are amazing. The skin looks young, radiant, and I can notice pore being smaller in the T-zone.
He was very patient in explaining the procedure and downtime, provided clear post-procedure instructions and followed up regularly on my recovery.
Overall, the entire experience was great, looking forward to return for other services!

“Really Comfortable Experience for a Guy Getting Facial Injections”

This was my 2nd time getting injections and this was, by far, the better experience. He gave me some great insight and honest recommendations on the amount of units. Great guy, great office. I will definitely be back.

“Best Botox in Town!”

I was a bit nervous coming in but Dr. Gharbi made me feel comfortable right away. He went over all my options from Botox to Dysport, they ever offer Xiomen. Dr. Gharbi was very precise, and took everything I asked for into consideration. I will definitely be coming back!

“By Far the Best Med Spa in Chicago”

I have seen both Shazel and Nael multiple times for numerous procedures (weight loss, dysport/botox, PRP facials, spider vein therapy) and LOVE both of them. Their attention to detail is fantastic and the spa is one of the best ran I've ever been to. Never a wait. All of the staff are fantastic to be around as well-HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

“fillers and botox”

i've been doing fillers all my life but the fillers i did here are the best.
botox was great too.
Dr.Gharbi did detailed consult and went through everything before we start the treatment.
i didn't have any pain , i was very happy with the results.
definitely i'll be back.

“Amazing!!!”

Dr. Shazel is so great makes you feel so comfortable, he is so nice the results are fast, no pain and I look great. I've done Dysport and today he did my fillers and not to brag but I am. my cheekbone results are "AMAZING". I will come back over and over and would follow him where ever he goes.

Dr was willing to work within my budget and get me the results I was seeking, plus the added brow lift was a bonus! I have not found a place with better pricing nor a nicer staff! Each and every visit I am more and more impressed! I travel 2+ hours for a reason! Pricing is affordable, treatment is accurate and overall experience is amazing! “Always a great experience”

I have seen Dr. Gharbi a few times now, and each time it's an even better experience. He walks you through exactly what he is going to do, makes you feel extremely comfortable, and takes his time. He really works with you and what you can afford by making sure he addresses your biggest concerns. I think I trust him and his work more than anything and that is something that to me, is top priority in working with any doctor, but especially one that is addressing your face. I genuinely recommend.
