“Extremely satisfied long time (+14 years) patient!! ”

I had injured my back in 1978 in a parachute accident and had recurring severe lower back pain ever since. I met Dr. Trahan in 2002 and we began with a series of acupuncture treatments, twice per week. Over the years I have continued to see him consistently every 2-4 weeks. After starting treatment with Dr. Trahan, I have never had the severe back pain again. Over the years, he has effectively treated me for more mild lower back pain, shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, elbow pain, and other symptoms. I continue to see him to maintain my health and prevent illness. In 2013, I was exposed to black mold while working on a house damaged by Hurricane Sandy and developed a hacking cough, which did not respond to western pharmaceutical treatments. X-rays revealed that I had black spots on my lungs. Dr. Trahan was able to effectively resolve my condition using herbal medicine and acupuncture. After this, my X-ray was clean! I strongly recommend this Dr. Trahan!

“I'm extremely happy with Dr. Trahan's treatments!”

I have been working with Dr. Christopher Trahan for four months. His treatments include acupuncture, herbal medicine, and physiotherapies such as asian and western bodywork techniques. I have been going twice per week, and he has effectively treated me for hormonal issues and elbow pain. The treatments are very relaxing, and I feel much better dealing with the daily stresses at work. I feel I am better able to care for my family, commute, and work at my very demanding job.

“Dr. Trahan has helped me tremendously with hormonal and skin issues”

Before visiting Dr. Trahan, I was experiencing great problems with my skin as well as hormonal imbalances, including some muscle tissue pain. I had to use large doses of ibuprofen to experience any pain relief on a regular basis. After just 2 visits of acupuncture sessions and subsequent use of Chinese and western herbs prescribed by the doctor, I felt an immediate relief and improvement in my physical and emotional being.

“Dr. Trahan was very attentive, he resolved my headache 100%.”

Dr. Trahan has been treating me for several years for various complaints. My chronic headaches are much less frequent, much less severe, and if I have a headache when I see him for treatment it usually goes away by the end of the session. My hormonal and skin issues have improved by 95%. I also sleep much better since I have been working with him.

He has earned my loyalty by being smart and compassionate, using acupuncture herbal medicine and homeopathy. I was referred to Dr. Trahan by an Osteopathic physician (DO) for "allergic arthritis" which he helped greatly. “I'm very happy with Dr. Trahan's management of my conditions!”

I initially came for treatment for my severe carpal tunnel syndrome, and other pains. We have been working together for over a year, and I am happy to report that I can now play piano again! I initially went three times per week, then twice per week, and now continue to maintain our excellent results with once per week treatments.
We also work with herbal medicine which has also been very helpful, especially with my digestive issues. I am very happy that my friend referred me to Dr Trahan.
My friend was treated was treated by Dr. Trahan for several series of treatments for various health issues over a number of years.

I found Dr. Trahan on the United Healthcare website for in-network Licensed Acupuncturist Providers. He has an extensive knowledge of acupuncture, Chinese and western herbal medicine, and nutrition. The combination of these treatments has been very beneficial for me, since I am a Registered Nurse, who works long hours and has lots of aches and pains.
