Dr Longo is always on time and efficient in his caregiving. His explanations are clear and he takes the time I need to understand my at -home care instructions. The office staff are friendly too. I would highly recommend him to others in need of opthalmic plastic surgery. My surgery involved skin grafts on lower lids for dry eyes, which is not a simple and straightforward procedure. But I've healed well with still a bit more to go, and most people don't notice that surgery was performed.

I haven’t had surgery yet, but was given a suggestion to use a heated eye mask for my dry eyes. This is amazing, as it has opened up clogged glands and my eyes are beginning to feel more lubricated. I can see the bedside clock better and awaken without feeling my eyes are filled with sand! Wish I had known this years ago!

The process is well defined and documented in handouts given to prospective client. Payment process is handled with clarity, no surprises. Some initial tests and paperwork seemed excessive for the procedure, but was not too difficult to accomplish if your primary physicians office is organized and helpful. Surgery went as planned, recovery instructions very complete, follow up visits were as scheduled and all questioned addressed. In Summary, a very professionally managed process. Final results have not yet been achieved, and final review with office is still a few weeks away, as I am still midway in the recovery timeline. But, given how accurate the "doctor team" has been, I expect the results will meet or beat my expectations.

I would not hesitate to see him again, and would even recommend him to anyone I know who would need something looked at or worked on. He's the man!

I had surgery to remove excess skin from my eyelids. The surgery went fantastic without any pain or complications. The recovery time from swelling and bruising was only a couple of weeks and the result of the surgery was amazing. I can actually see much better and I don't have to force my eyes open any more.

Dr. Ahuero performed two minor eye procedures in 2019. She is a skilled, caring physician. She takes time to inform her patients and answer questions. I have never felt rushed and I have always been seen at the scheduled appointment time. Not only did Dr. Ahuero mail a sample ointment to my home but clear instructions were left on my voicemail. When I had a question, the office staff immediately took my call. Dr. Ahuero, her assistants, and the front desk staff are excellent. 10 stars!!

Dr. Richani made the correct diagnosis immediately and took care of my condition in one visit. She drained and opened up my tear ducts and treated my infection. My infection is gone and my dry eye syndrome is resolved. Dr. Richani is da bomb!!!
