“Filler and botox were top notch”

I was actually referred to Dr. Straka by anotehr respected plastic surgeon to have surgery because he specializes in the eyes and face. I am so happy I found him! I had a brow and forehead lift, upper and lower eyelid lift and laser resurfacing done by Dr. Straka and am very pleased with how the surgery went. My results are natural yet significant at the same time. He explained to me before surgery that there would be significant recovery time, especially for the laser but that it was worth it. And he was right! Highly recommend Dr. Straka if you are looking for a skilled and compassionate plastic surgeon in Columbus!

“Laser resurfacing and BBL has given me new skin!”

First let me just say how great Dr. Straka and his staff are. So friendly, helpful and considerate during my visits. I saw Dr. Straka for a number of issues, mainly heavy eyelids, wrinkles, and skin care issues. We discussed many things and started first with laser resurfacing for wrinkles and brown spots. After all the healing was done I have noticed a significant improvement in the wrinkles and discoloration of my face, especially around my eyes and mouth. I am so happy!

I saw a number of doctors in consultation regarding cosmetic surgery. No one took their time and explained things as thoroughly and clearly as Dr. Straka. He did a brow lift, upper and lower eyelid lift, as well as laser resurfacing for my skin. I am thrilled with my results. There was certainly some recovery time but it was well worth it. “Neck liposuction”

I had liposuction for some fat in my neck that has bothered me for a long time. We discussed options for surgery and he thought a face and neck lift would be best in addition to liposuction. After discussing this more I didn't feel ready for a full face lift so we did just the liposuction. I see a definite improvement in my neck and it was done in the office under local anesthesia which made the process much easier. I am very happy!

“Top notch experience start to finish”

I spent a lot of time researching who to see for treatment of my lower eyelids and aging face. I went to different places and gathered multiple opinions. However, it was clear to me after seeing Dr. Straka that he was clearly the most knowledgeable and skilled physician I saw. He discussed a number of treatment options for the eye area and other parts of my face and went over the pros and cons of each. I felt very comfortable moving forward with a lower eyelid blepharoplasty for udner eye bags and laser resurfacing to the eyelids and face. I am so glad I did because I couldn't be happier with how I look. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, he's the best!

“To say that I’m happy with the results of my upper eyelid and brow lift is a vast understatement!nd”

By the time I consulted with Dr Straka about my seriously sagging eyelids, I had lost over 40% of my field of vision because of them. In order to restore my vision, he recommended not only an eyelid lift but also a brow lift. So in September of 2021 he performed both surgeries. I am thrilled with the results!
I can see again without having to almost constantly hold my brow up. And I have an upper eyelid again so I can wear eye makeup.

My biggest concern going into this surgery was that the end result would cause me to look perennially surprised. But that is sooo not the case. My eyes look very natural, very like my eyes of decades ago, and I couldn’t be happier with them. I really marvel at his skill.

Dr Straka was easy to talk to and he listened well. He was also very easy to get hold of the night of my surgery when I discovered the pain medication he prescribed did not work for me.
Bottom line? I highly recommend him to anyone considering this type of surgery.

I am about 8 months out from my FUE hair transplant with Dr. Straka and I am thrilled with how everything is going. The hair is coming in perfectly jsut as I wanted. The entire process from the initial consultation to the surgery itself was great. I never felt like just another customer like you sometimes feel at other hair clinics. “Eyelid bags are gone and I couldn't be happier!”

I was so impressed with Dr. Straka, his staff, and most importantly the results from my surgery. I've been bothered by under eye bags for many years, even as a teenager and I finally mustered up the courage to do something about it. I'm only 28 years old but have always looked tired and older than I really am. Dr. Straka did my surgery and the bags are gone. I had a cosmetic endoscopic brow lift and blepharoplasty about 4 months ago. I highly recommend Dr. Straka and let me explain why. I had surgery to reduce bags and wrinkles with alser around my eyes. I was very nervous about having this done so I took my time and did plenty of research before choosing a surgeon. He has expertise in both eyelid and facial cosmetic surgery which is unique and in my opinion the ideal combination. I was very impressed by his results but also by his calm, informative, and down to earth demeanor. I felt cared for from start to finish and am very happy with how everything healed. “Restylane filler and botox magic!”

“Dr Epitropoulos is such a blessing helping me with my dry eyes!”

Dr Epitropoulos is very professional and very knowledgeable and very through. She helped correct my problem with my dry eyes. Her staff helped with managing the cost of the drops for me. The drops were unaffordable for me until they helped me manage the cost problems. I do not have any insurance so the office staff took their time in helping me lower the cost to where I could get my medications. Before my treatments I had awful red eyes and it was very depressing and hard to try to work that way. It is a night and day difference after the treatments she has done. Now my eyes feel much better and I do not have to try to hide behind sunglasses while working.

“Dry Eye Treatment/Eye Floaters”

I was diagnosed with severe dry eye, that needed to be much improved prior to having cataract surgery. Besides conventional treatment with Restasis, she recommended getting a special Dry Eye Omega 3 liquid from Physician's Recommended Nutriceuticals (PRN). It's been great! Now even when I yawn my eyes water easily and feel more comfortable. I rarely now need to use any over-the-counter artificial tears drops. In fact, she provided some free samples of some different brands, and those were preservative-free, which eliminated the buildup of additional residue in my eyes. All of her advice and suggestions have been excellent and completely trustworthy. I have felt so fortunate to be a patient here, and the excellent doctors on staff. I developed the cloudy-patch kind of eye floaters shortly before my first cataract surgery. They are like pervasive cobwebs that float continually across my center vision, such that nothing is ever truly in focus. Laser treatment has really helped!

“My skin looks amazing after lasers and microneedling for melasma”

I have always struggled with melasma and brown spots and it has gotten worse over the years after having children. I saw Dr. Straka for botox and to see what could be done about my skin now that I'm done having kids. I lost my eye many years ago from an injury and have had multiple surgeries to make my eyes look normal again. They had previously failed. After nearly a year of hiding behind sunglasses due to previous bad cosmetic surgery with another doctor, I came accross Dr. Straka and instantly felt I was in safe hands. He went above and beyond to help me before I even agreed to go ahead with my surgery and at no point did he try to "sell" himself or his services - something that I had, sadly, experienced with other "top" doctors I had spoken to.

“I'm so glad I found Dr. Straka!”

I had cosmetic surgery by a different doctor and I was very upset about my results. I developed weakness of one eyebrow, swelling and over filling above my eyes from fat injections and changes in the position of my eyelids. Dr. Straka has been a life saver for me. He put my fears at rest from the very beginning and he made me feel comfortable and that there was hope to restore me back to the way I looked before surgery. He did surgery and some injections to reverse what was previously done and for the first time in years I look and feel like myself again. I am so incredibly thankful for his skill and expertise. He has truly changed my life for the better.

“Facelift, browlift, and eyelid surgery with Dr. Straka”

I am exceedingly happy with the work Dr. Straka did for me. He gave me such a good feeling during my consult with him that I felt very comfortable moving forward with surgery. He did my face and neck along with my upper and lower eyelids and brows. It's incredible what he was able to accomplish. It took a few weeks to recover but he explained this to me so I was prepared. Highly recommend him, he and his staff are top notch!

I am so incredibly happy with my experience with Dr. Straka! I travel all the way from Cleveland for his expertise in filler and laser. He has completely rejuvenated my appearance in a natural way with his artistry. I have had filler to my cheeks, under eyes, upper eyelids and eyebrow area as well as my temples. He also did laser resurfacing for my skin. I have been extremely pleased with how everything turned out. The 2 hour drive from Cleveland has been well worth it!

Dr. Dan Straka is a skilled, compassionate, and artistic surgeon. I've been his patient for 3 years. He has performed a brow lift, ptosis repair, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, and contour TRL laser resurfacing for my face. I am extremely happy with the outcome of these procedures. “PRP Hair Injections, microneedling, and botox”

I am in my late 20s and have already noticed significant thinning of my hair so I wanted to start doing something now before it was too late. I am so excited about my hair growth since seeing Dr. Straka. I have been getting PRP injections, microneedling, and taking a supplement he recommended to stimulate hair growth. I have seen a significant improvement in the thickness and amount of hair. I have also had some botox injections as well for some early wrinkle development. Overall I have been extremely happy with Dr. Straka and the care I have received. He goes above and beyond what is needed to make sure I am taken care of.

“PRP hair injection worked!”

I was troubled by my thinning hairline at such a young age. I saw Dr. Straka for platelet rich plasma injections. I had four treatments and have noticed a significant improvement. Dr. Straka is a wonderful and kind doctor who took such great care of me during my surgery. I had a skin cancer that was near my eye and he removed it and reconstructed the area with surgery. I was overwhelmed with how friendly and caring he and his staff were as well as everyone at the surgery center. My eyelids look great and I currently have no problems. “My transformation was stunning!”

“Simply amazing, exceeded all expectations!”

Facial plastic surgery can be a very overwhelming process from start to finish. To searching and researching the right doctor, to the consolation, surgery, follow-up, etc. Dr. Straka from start to finish was amazing! Listened to goals, explained process, patient care, follow-up, and the most important - RESULTS! We had a face / neck lift, upper and lower eyelids, lip lift, fat transfer, TRL, filler, and Botox, all amazing results and wouldn’t recommend anyone else. “Orbital decompression surgery”

I had orbital decompression surgery by Dr. Straka on both eyes for bulging, prominent eyes. This has been a problem I have dealt with for many years as a result of Graves disease. I have recovered completely from surgery and I cannot express how happy I am to finally look like myself again. The surgery gave me my eyes back again, they don't look bulged anymore and they just feel so much better. I am forever thankful for Dr. Straka, his kindness and amazing skill in giving me back my confidence.

“7 weeks out from surgery and thrilled with my results!”

Graves disease left me not recognizing myself, as well as a loss of peripheral vision. I had an upper and lower eyelid lift, orbital decompression, facial fat grafting, and laser resurfacing with Dr. Straka and I chose him because of his wonderful bedside manner and outstanding reputation. “Upper and lower eyelid lift, cheek lift, laser resurfacing”

I finally did what I've been wanting to do for so long! I have been bothered by sagging eyelids, under eye bags, and wrinkles for a long time. I didn't know who to see or what to do about it. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Straka so I made an appointment. He went over a number of treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical. I wanted surgery because it would give me the best, most natural and long lasting results. I had my upper and lower eyelids lifted, a cheek lift (or midface lift as he called it) and then laser resurfacing for my skin. I am blown away by the results! I am so happy I had this done. I look and feel like a whole new person! Thank you Dr. Straka for your skill, wonderful bedside manner, and kindness. I highly recommend him!

“Face and necklift, eyelid lift, browlift and laser with Dr. Straka was well worth it!”

I have long considered cosmetic facial surgery but was always nervous about moving forward. I asked a few doctors who they recommended, especially for surgery around my eyes and I consistently was referred to Dr. Straka. From the first consultation to the last post-operative visit he always took his time, listened to my questions and gave me all of the information I needed. Its not been three months since my surgery and the changes have been remarkable. I look so much more youthful yet I still look like myself. I couldn't be happier. “Laser resurfacing was well worth it!”

I was tired of getting botox and filler injections for lines around my mouth and eyes without really ever seeing great results. I finally decided to do something about it and found Dr. Straka. I had laser resurfacing done for the wrinkles on my face, especially around my eyes and mouth. I certainly had some recovery time but now I have healed beautifully. I am so happy with how things turned out! My skin is much smoother and brighter appearing and I don't have to get filler injections anymore! He and his office get my highest recommendation!

I have been seeing Dr. Epitropoulos for many years. I first went to see her for lasik which she kindly informed me that i was not a candidate. While disappointed, i thoroughly respected her for her honesty and her guidance about my vision. “Fantastic Experience”

My initial thoughts on cataract surgery at the age of 53 were concerned, worried, apprehensive and even fearful. Let me just say - I was pleasantly surprised! Dr Epitropoulos was absolutely the best! She and her staff were the kindest, most thoughtful group of people I've every experienced.
The process (in both eyes) went smoothly and recovery was easy. Just had to follow the directions. My vision is clear and I know have color back in world!
