“Dr. Jason Pirozzolo is my favorite doctor!”

Dr. Jason Pirozzolo is my favorite doctor! I’ve seen him a couple times for various aches, but this time I went in because my wrist was driving me crazy. The last thing I wanted to do was have surgery, so I paid Dr. Pirozzolo a visit. He knew right away it was carpal tunnel, gave me a cortisone injection in my wrist, and later that day all of the pain had subsided! If you want to avoid surgery and want a professional that knows what he’s doing to help you, Dr. Pirozzolo is the man for the job.

My daughter, who is twelve at the moment, decided to start her summer off with a bang – by fracturing her arm on a trampoline. Luckily, we had heard of Dr. Jason Pirozzolo at the Orlando Hand Surgery. I made the appointment and they were able to get us in the same afternoon after I explained what had happened. We didn’t know it was a fracture, but after a couple xrays, Dr. Pirozzolo said it was minor and she was lucky and may be able to have the last couple weeks of her summer saved.

Having just turned 60, I'm appreciative that my shoulder hasn't given me any pain since I visited Dr. Jason Pirozzolo at Orlando Hand Surgery Associates. I've played golf most of my life, until I started feeling a singe of pain in my shoulder. Dr. Pirozzolo knew it was shoulder bursitis, he knew I didn't want surgery, and told me that he could help with my inflammation and pain by simply giving me a cortisone injection. Can’t say enough about Dr. Jason Pirozzolo, also known as Dr. P by some. I had a lump on my arm and it was a constant bother. I didn’t want anyone seeing it, nor did I want the darn thing getting any bigger. Made an appointment with Dr. Pirozzolo since I had heard of him and the awesome staff at Orlando Hand Surgery Associates through friends. Dr. P removed it and now I’m good as new, would highly recommend!

Dr. Pirozzolo is my go-to for arm and wrist related issues! He's always so kind and knows what he is doing. I've seen him about 3 times over the last few years since I fell on a ski trip. Age related arthritis and pains have sunk in from my old injuries and his injections are life savers. Thank you "Dr. P" as always!

Dr. Pirozzolo and OHSA docs and staff are awesome! The waiting area is always busy, even out of COVID times, but they're doing well keeping people separated. I always feel well taken care of there, and when I leave I know I am receiving the best care.

I took my son to Dr. Jason Pirozzolo after he fell of his bike and fractured his forearm. Dr. Pirozzolo is knowledgeable and was amazing with him when he casted his arm. “Awesome doctor”

I played sports in high school and college, but never thought I would be having aches or pains when I hit 30. I went in to OHSA complaining about wrist pain, I did not want to have surgery, and met with Dr. Jason Pirozzolo. He was awesome, knowledgeable and specialized in sports medicine, so I knew I was in good hands. He determined it was wrist tendonitis. I was so happy when he told me that all I needed was a cortisone steroid injection to help with pain, which he gave me and it worked great!

Dr. Pirozzolo, his assistant Jen, and every staff member I’ve met at OHSA have taken such good care of me. My appointments are on time despite their popular downtown office. Whenever friends of mine complain about any shoulder, arm, hand aches and pains, I always recommend Dr. Pirozzolo!

“Hand doctor for sure!”

Dr. Jason Pirozzolo treated me for Dupuytren’s contracture in my left hand. He knew exactly what it was when I came in and gave me a corticosteroid injection. The pain was minimal and almost immediately I was able to open my palm again and lay it flat on the table. Dr. Pirozzolo is wonderful and the staff at OHSA were very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to Dr. Pirozzolo for any ailments concerning the arms, wrists, hands, elbows, shoulders.

Just visited Dr. P for the first time and was so impressed! Not often do doctors have both personable bedside manner and also the intense knowledge needed to correctly diagnose certain issues. I didn't wait long and he also spent an adequate amount of time with me, and prescribed me medicine that I picked up later that day from the pharmacy. Already feeling better! Would definitely recommend Dr. Pirozzolo.

I cannot thank Dr. Jason Pirozzolo and the staff at OHSA enough! I lived for an entire year ignoring the pain in my elbow. I figured it was old age and would need surgery eventually, but Dr. P gave me a cortisone injection and now one week later I feel good as new. Their wait room is usually very busy, but the staff makes it flow smoothly and I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to be taken back. I’ve never felt so welcomed at a doctors office!

Was so thankful to find a doctor like this when I was in a crunch, Dr. Pirozzolo was awesome. Visiting from out of state and I fell and hurt my wrist, I put ice on it and figured it would be okay. Later that night it was bruised, started swelling and was getting more painful. My aunt had visited Orlando Hand Surgery Associates and Dr. Jason Pirozzolo before. Confirmed it was a fracture with X-rays, casted me and had me out of there in no time.

“Great docs, but not the office virus guidelines”

Giving them a 5 star because the doctors are awesome there. However I am highly annoyed at all of the social distancing measures they have in place. I know they have to keep people safe and healthy, but it's a violation of my rights and there is no proof even that masks and staying 6 feet apart actually works! Let these healthy people with injuries get to see their doctors! OHSA is stellar at what they do and it's annoying that their job is hindered beacuse they are keeping with guidelines.

Clumsy me. Washing dishes the other morning and broke a wine glass – sliced my finger pretty deep in the process. In a panic, my friend searched for hand doctors and Orlando Hand Surgery Associates popped up. Thankfully they said they could squeeze me in later that day, and I was fortunate to be placed with Dr. Jason Pirozzolo. He was calming and knowledgeable, had me stitched up in no time. I was able to ask all questions that came to mind before he left.

Dr. Jason Pirozzolo was awesome. My left elbow was hurting every time I extended it and being in my 30’s, I wasn’t alright with that. I don’t play sports, but go to the gym and use weights & machines. Dr. Pirozzolo is so well versed in sports medicine and that he has a strength/conditioning specialty, he knew that it was just the start of tennis elbow. Thankfully it’s feeling better due to his advice on not lifting with it for a bit, and doing some gentle exercises. No injection needed!

I've been in to see Dr. Pirozzolo at OHSA before, but this time was for my hand. Recently, I had issues opening my palm fully, turns out it was trigger finger. I was hoping I didn't need surgery, and know Dr. Pirozzolo would be honest. Luckily, he said an injection to help with the release should do the trick! It was painless and almost immediately after I was able to open my hand fully!

I had seen Dr. Pirozzolo a few years ago, so I went to him as soon as my elbow started aching. It's been 2 weeks since my appointment now and I have no pain!! Totally recommend

“Telehealth appointment went great!”

When this pandemic started, no one was prepared for how our daily normal lives would change. Dr. Jason Pirozzolo and staff at OHSA have been incredibly helpful! I had a telemedicine appt with Dr. P and he made me feel like I was having an in person meeting with him. He was informative and really cared about the pain I was experiencing. After speaking for him for a while, he had me speak with his assistant to schedule an appt. I'm doing my exercises until my appt and already feeling less pain!

Dr. Pirozzolo treated my trigger finger and aching hands effectively on my initial office visit. He examined and diagnosed the problem quickly. He listened to my described symptoms, answered my questions and provided additional information. My hands started improving quickly. Over the time period he had predicted, I regained hand strength and dexterity. He is a pleasant care giver as well.

I cannot say more great things about Dr. Jason Pirozzolo! My 12 year old son had a cast on his arm and was complaining about it constantly. I figured it was just because casts and 12 year old children don’t mix well, but took him to go see a different doctor just in case. I am so happy I did – it turns out the cast was put on slightly skew. Dr. Pirozzolo removed the cast, and re-casted my sons arm. Luckily his new recovery time will only be a couple weeks longer than expected. Highly recommend!

“No surgery and healed!”

Thank goodness a friend referred me to Dr. Jason Pirozzolo at OHSA. I have been having shoulder aches for the 5 months, hoping it would go away on its own. It mainly hurt when I slept on it and I couldn’t raise it above my head without it hurting. I went in to see him hoping I didn’t need surgery. He gave me a cortisone shot and taught me light exercises to do at home to help heal, but not to overdo it . He was so kind and even called a week later to check up on me. So thankful!

I have had both shoulders totally replaced, the left by Dr. George White and the right by Brian White. While I am impressed by their surgical skills and the excellent result that followed, I am even more impressed at the level of care from them and their staff.
Never felt rushed. They both listen deeply and treated me like a patient and not another project to be moved down the line.
