“Expertise and personality wrapped into one”

Mr. Hines is a tremendous medical provider. He listens and understands the patient point of view. He provides options and feedback to help the patient make the best decision. Also he’s friendly and outgoing. Somehow he always remembers what’s going on in my life and asks how things are. I look forward to my visits.
