Dr. Badawy was born and raised in Egypt, where he graduated with honors from Cairo University School of Medicine. “The best treatment for my back pain i ever received !!”

when i came to DR Badawy, i was in bad shape. I was unable to stand or walk without pain. The pain was excruciating. After the last injection immediately, i was able to get of the procedure table with ease and my pain was gone. Now, i can stand and walk with no cane. I am pain free. I would give DR BADAWY 10 stars !!

“one of the most amazing doctors I ever met”

When i was referred to doctor Badawy, I was taking very high dosage of multiple pain pills with no benefit. DR Badawy set up a plan and discussed options with me. We decided to take the difficult rout of weaning and he prescribed me very different medications with medications to help weaning and avoid withdrawal symptoms. He also performed multiple injections that help to get rid of my pain with a lot less medicine. Thank you DR BADAWY you changed my life !!

“Dr Badawy has the HANDS OF GOD!!!”

I don't normally write reviews but I want to help others who are struggling with chronic pain. I've been in severe pain for over 16 years now and have been to close to 50 specialists, and had 2 neck surgeries as well. I'm a research nerdy so I'd researched several pain management doctors and orthopedic facilities prior to coming to Dr Badawy. I was aware of unpleasant reviews written by others, but I can attest to the fact that he's a wonderful and caring doctor who will be your advocate and who is passionate about his profession. My observation is that cultural and language barriers exist between Dr Badawy and his patients. He speaks fluent English but he can be abrupt and frank (traits common in his culture, just like mine) without meaning to be rude and dismissive. He's unfairly reviewed by patients who don't understand him. His techniques and approach have enabled me to be a mother again and have a life almost pain-free! He's a miracle worker!

“Great results with my pain !!”

I came to Dr Badawy in severe pain to my back and legs. I was not able to walk for a block and have to take multiple breaks. After his injections and management, my pain improved a lot and I was able to walk 3 miles without any breaks.I am able now to walk straight.

When I came to see DR Badawy I was not able to walk and my pain was 9 out of 10. I was using a walker in my house with very limited function. I used to sit down to decrease my pain and when i stand or walk there was so much pain. After 2 injections with DR BADAWY , I am pain free 0 out of 10 pain. I can walk and stand without a walker.

“I can finish my work with no pain”

I am a cook who works 8 hour shift. I fell of a tree and broke my ankle. I had surgery to fix the broken bone which help for short period. I continue to have severe burning sensation and pain in my leg. My doctor prescribed me Percocet and I use to take it daily as my pain can reach 10 out of 10 at the end of my shift without the pills. I refused the Spinal stimulator implant. I came to DR Badawy as second opinion. He performed multiple Sympathetic Nerve blocks followed by Ankle Nerve Block. He was going to perform Peripheral nerve stimulation which I did not need. Now I am pain free with no pills. I stopped the Percocet and was able to finish my work shift. My pain is always between 0 to 1 out of 10. I am very happy with the result.

“I have no pain after RFA procedure”

“I am able to move my arm and my pain is gone”

Before Cervical Epidural injection I had severe pain in my neck and entire left arm. I was not able to move my neck or arm at all. I could not sleep because of the pain. I was about to go for surgery.

“I am very happy after Disc Procedure”

I was living in NY managing with pain specialist for 10 years. Moved to Orlando, was very hard to trust another pain doctor. I met with DR Badawy. He Ordered MRI and found 2 disc herniations causing my symptoms. “MY BACK AND LEG PAIN ARE COMPLETELY GONE”

When I came to DR BADAWY I was having great difficulty standing or walking. Even getting out of my chair. I tried injections, medications and therapy with limited short term effects. “My chronic headaches is gone”

I been having daily headaches for many years that affects the quality of my life and sleep. The headaches was in the back of my head going to my eyes and I was not enjoying anything despite taking 2 medications that took 3 hours to work. “My pain is gone after Epidural injection”

I had severe back leg pain. I had to stop while driving every 10 minutes, I was not able to sleep without medications. I did physical therapy and medicine but i was very limited to what I can do. I quit going to the gym that I love and I almost had surgery. I met with DR BADAWY who reviewed my MRI and suggests and epidural injection. Same day after the injection, my pain was gone and I was able to sleep. I am fully functional with no limitations back to the gym and more important, not going to have surgery.

“No more pain”

When I first came to the pain center, I walked with a cane and was wracked with pain. Gradually the pain subsided and I was able to get rid of the cane and walk on my own.

“Wonderful experience and definitely worth my time!”

I have been to over 50 specialists in the last 15 years for fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Dr Badawy is easily one of the best doctors I've seen and met. “I am able to walk straight with no back or leg pains”

When I met with DR BADAWY I was experiencing severe lower back and both leg burning pain. I was able to stand for few minutes and walk for very short distances with pain. DR BADAWY explained a new procedure to fix my spinal stenosis, minimally invasive with incision less than the size of a coin. I was very hesitant to believe and accept but I did it. I don not regret my decision, My pain is almost gone. I am able to stand and walk for longer periods with no pain. I wend home same day with some procedure pain but soon after few days I felt very different.

“I no longer have pain !!”

have multiple pain generators including Degenaritive disc disease , Sciatica pain, Diabetic neuropathy and arthritis. have been a patient of DR Badawy since 2018. My initial pain score was 9 out of 10. I was not able to walk or sleep. I had severe limitations with almost everything. Doctor Badawy discussed a treatment plan. I had Knee injections, RFA Lumbar facets, Epidural steroid injections. All with short term relief to my problem. Finally, I was lucky to have the most advanced therapy by Spinal cord stimulator implant which was a game change in my life. Now can proudly say, I have no pain. “Now I can walk much better !!”

My pain was very constant 10/10 all the time. I tried physical therapy then injections but nothing help. Dr Badawy offered me new treatment of MILD to manage my spinal stenosis and I went for it. Today, after the surgery, I can walk better, I cut my pain pills to half and I feel much better. The surgery was very short and I went home same day. The incision very tiny. I am glad with the results and I like to share with others.

“The pain is GONE”

Over the years I have had several problems with pinched nerves in the lower back. I had surgery for two of them only to have long term effects that, in one case, was more painful than the original source. I decided this time to see if I could avoid the scalpel. I researched Pain Management as a treatment and found it promising. A detailed search brought me to a pain management physician, Dr. Amr Badawi.
He treated me with an epidural corticosteroid injection. The first one was only mildly beneficial, so I asked for a second shot. This time it was completely successful, and I couldn't be more grateful.

I have been complaining of back, hip and leg pain for years. I was using a cane and walker, pain medications and tried many injections with short term benefit. “I could not believe the results of the procedure”

The plan was to go ahead with knee replacements. I was so afraid and continues to have knee pain with very hard time going upstairs or downstairs or walking even around the house. “I FEEL GREAT AFTER THE SURGERY”

“My back pain is under control”

Despite Spinal cord stimulator placed by DR Badawy I continued to have severe low back pain with movements. DR Badawy offered me RFA Lumbar facets and now I am almost pain free.

“I have great improvement after the procedure”

I was diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis. Had to stop 3 times while doing my backyard to be able to finish the job with pain in back and legs. After MILD procedure by DR BADAWY I feel great exercise more and my pain is 0/10. I can finish my entire backyard without stopping.

“NO MORE KNEE AND LEG PAIN”

I am so happy with the outcome of COOLIEF and Radiofrequency for the treatment of my knee and leg pain. My pain changes from 10 to 4/10 and that because i have other problems. I was able to dance after the procedure and very happy.

“I have no more Headaches”

I been going to many neurologists for treatment of chronic headaches. The diagnosis was Migraine along with many medications for years that was not effective. DR Badawy made the right diagnosis, Occipital neuralgia and cervicogenic headaches. Now I am pain free with no pills...I enjoyed my christmas and holidays.

“My back pain is much better”

I had the RFA radiofrequency ablation of my lumbar spine. Before the procedure I waas in pain with limited ability ro stand or bend.

Now my pain down to 3/10 with improved function. I can go to the gym and exercise with no pain.

“MY LEG PAIN AND WEAKNESS GONE !!”

Thank you DR BADAWY for performing the MILD procedure for my spinal stenosis management. I had the procedure 3 month ago, now I have no leg pain, mild back pain. I can exercise, squat, walk straight and ride my Bike. It changes my life.

“I have no more Back pain”

when I came to DR Badawy I had back pain all the time was very hard to stand or walk for short periods. After his treatments with injections and Radiofrequency, My pain is very minimal. I can stand and walk for longer periods. I am very happy with the outcome.

“FINALLY, I am PAIN FREE”

when i cam to DR BADAWY my pain was 9/10 and I was not able to do things as I used to..I had Epidural injections which took 60% of my pain then RFA Lumbar Facets which took almost 80% of My pain, Finally Hip and Bursa Injection which made me pain Free..My pain is 0/10 and Now I can play Pickleball and do all my activities. I am back to my normal life.

“I HAVE AMAZING RESULTS WITH FACET FUSION PROCEDURE”

I was in a lot of pain unable to stand, walk or sleep. Even long sitting was bothering me. DR BADAWY DISCUSSED New procedure very minimally invasive called ION FACET FUSE and I did it. I went home same day. After one week of surgery, I can stand and walk straingt. I walk longer and faster. I sleep without turning in bed. I am so happy and pleased with the results. My pain is almost 0/10

“Met Dr Badaway on Monday and it has been a very enlightening exp”

I am a 74 year old female. I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr Badaway. He is a very patient person, very knowledgable in his field. He is working on my knees, explaining and being very thourough in informing me of the condition of my knees. He is taking one step at a time and doing a very good job.

“My HIP PAIN IS GONE 100 %”

I had right hip replacement and continues to have pain and limitations despite pain medications and therapy. DR BADAWY suggests new therapy minimally invasive with very minor risks and I agreed. He placed 2 small cables in my groin with external battery. The procedure was almost painless at his office. I went home and over the week my hip pain was completely gone by 100%. I was able to do activities and sleep the entire night with no pain. PNS is a great option....

“MY back and Leg pain improved a lot”

I had so much pain walking, getting out of the car or even standing from sitting. DR Badawy did 2 epidural injections and now may pain changed from 8 to 3 in severity. I am able to walk much better and I have no pain while lifting my leg. Now I don not use my cane as often as before the injection...
