Dr. Stephen Pearce has seen me for multiple sports related injuries and has taken his time and consideration to make sure I get the exact care I need. When surgery was needed (shattered collarbone) he made it clear this was the only solution, however when surgery was optional (partial torn ACL) he laid out all the avenues, including rehab and surgery. I took the rehab road. Many doctors may tell you surgery is the only answer when that is not the case. Dr. Pearce gets 5 stars in my book!

This was my first fall and broken bones in my life. It was very stressful for me. Dr. Pearce did a great job with the surgery and explaining everything to me. I had very little pain. I did have an issue due to my claustrophobia having to be confined to a cast. He understood and worked out a plan that I could be comfortable with. I had complete confidence in him. Healing went well, physical therapy went well, & Dr. Pearce continued to monitor me and encourage me.

Dr. Stephen Pearce has been absolutely phenomenal is reconstructing my shattered arm, providing ongoing care including arranging top caliber OT and PT, restoring use of my arm and continuation of life's activities. Few surgeons perform the complete elbow replacement that he gave me in 2017 after a catastrophic fall at school. I have no arm pain and am looking forward to holding my first grandchild.

Dr. Pearce has been a trusted adviser since the first day I saw him concerning the rotator cuff soft tissue tear I experienced in 2012. I opted for surgery to rectify this condition that was gradually worsening. The surgery outcome was favorable in many ways. July 27, 2017 had my left shoulder rebuilt. Damage was sever enough that cadaver tissue had to be used to repair what remained of my damaged shoulder.
I was only on Tylenol pain reliever, two days post surgery. Rehabilitation went well and within the recovery time table, about four months, I was able to resume my regular physical activities with full range of motion.
I am a rancher and need physical strength and ability. By this time I was able to unload 3 tons of cattle feed by myself.

I have had 8 knee surgeries (4 each), 1 shoulder and 1 back surgery after playing competitive baseball for 14 years not thinking about the consequences.
