I have been a patient of Dr. Adlaka for over 8 years and I have to say he is one of - of not - THE best! I come from Chicago to his practice in Indiana just to see him. He has helped me with my back pain, and even when my surgery had to be done by a doctor closer to my home, he sent me to someone he trusted. I see him or his associate once a month for my pain meds. Through his guidance, knowledge and care, I have been able to reduce the amount of medication I take. I recommend him to everyone

I have been treated for pain for several years now. My previous clinic started to ask for urine tests, which is fine, however they would only be sending it to a lab of their choice. Twice it was sent to labs to whom my insurance did not recognize. I left them and found Dr. Adlaka's practice.

Dr. Adlaka's practice is much more professional. Also, urine tests are performed by the patients choice as it should be.

I would highly recommend this practice for those in need of pain relief.
