A dental visit can be a traumatic experience for a child and after visiting few dentist in the area for my child finally found Dr Po. I daughter has since look forward to her appts without anxiety or fear. The office staff is so friendly and helpful and Dr Po has that magical touch to make the child feel at ease and comfortable and turn the experience to be a pleasant one instead of scary. The only suggestion I'd make is when he is explaining what he is doing with certain teeth, whether it be fillings, cavities, treatment, etc - that he slow down just a bit in explaining to the parents. Honestly, I can’t even put into words how much love I have for this place and their amazing staff! My daughter had tripped and hit her front teeth on her sippy cup and had some trauma to her teeth. We came here, they got us in super quick, the appointment was over fast but was amazingly comfortable and EVERYTHING was gone over thoroughly and didn’t feel rushed at all! I struggled with dental anxiety growing up and it is so nice that my kids love going to see Dr. Po. We drive from Baytown to Katy and will continue to do so! It is well worth the trip! My kids have been coming here for about 5 years! My son has outgrown the dental chair so he will be moving on soon but my daughter will be staying. We found DR Po quite by accident some 10+ years ago. He's taken great care of our kids ever since. He and his staff are patient and explain everything they are doing each time we are in. They recommend things that need to be done but don't push it on you if it's not right for your family. Dr Po is funny with the kids and informative for the parents. Why do we LOVE Dr. Po? He is GREAT with our kids! He sets a great example for our kids as former serviceman and Boy Scout! He works with Dr. Forrest next door who is our orthodontist! He is close by! He has late appointments on Tuesdays for working moms (sshh...don't tell!) He sees both my klds at the same time and has open stations, so I can easily float around and get in and out quickly!
