Since coming to Dr. Jaleel it has been just the opposite. The office staff is friendly and thorough and always listens if you need to discuss anything. The Dr. is very attentive and thorough as well and strives to make you as comfortable as he possibly can while striving to find a solution that best meets your needs. Honestly the best Dr. I have been to! I drive from St. Aug. to come to him, there are much closer Dr. offices by me but I'd much rather drive farther to a good one! Shay who runs the office is great as well they are amazing caring personable and knows whats best for each persons treatment! I highly recommend him , for a personal caring listens to you and has your best in mind gets you in and out but doesnt rush you if you need more time he will gladly take the extra time to explain whatever it is you may need! Dr Jaleel actually sits and discusses on how I was able to manage this past month with work or any of my daily activities in order to stay on top of my chronic pain no matter how much time it takes per patient.
Dr Jafeel is very informative and is the only doctor out of many, since I broke my back that will actually take care of my issues. Issues that prevent me from being able to sit in front of a computer 12 hours a day and program. That is what I do for a living and until Dr Jaleel I was taking more PTO away from work than I could afford. Now with Dr Jaleel I have not taken any unnecessary PTO since then which my own bosses have even noticed. I Thank God for Dr Jaleel

“Dr. found the solution to live with less pain”

After other doctors tried to find the right medication, I traveled over an hour to see Dr. Fiaz for a solution to my pain issues, needing a spinal fusion surgery but not being able to do it. Dr. Fiaz is the best, not only did he find the right medications to lower my pain level so I do not have to walk around like a zombie, but he found my thyroid was not working properly. He takes his time with you, shows he really cares. I drive over an hour monthly to see him and it is well worth the trip.
