Takes the time to be involved in your medical needs to work towards your goals of getting better as much as possible. However the company doesn't give us a way to communicate with him if it's absolutely medically necessary. That needs to be changed. You shouldn't have to jump through circles to communicate with your doctor. This is the only company that doesn't give you a way to communicate with your Doctor via voice mail or anything.

I have known Dr. Ellis since 2018, when I sought treatment from a heavy lifting injury. He is kind, attentive, involved, seeks solutions, provides excellent care options to resolve my pain. Dr. Ellis is very well educated and is skilled in doing nerve blocks and the radio-frequency procedures-all which I have had done. He worked faithfully to address the chronic pain I was suffering from at those times, and also now. I am currently a patient again, after a four year absence of treatment. I am now having nerve blocks and ablasions done on my back and hips, and am considering the stimulator that controls pain internally. I recommend Dr. Ellis for consult and treatment if you have chronic pain, or seeking pain-relieving solutions. He is Sincere and humble, and has such a patient bedside manner. Dr. Orbigozo has been my Dr for approximately 10 years. He has helped me thru some major hurdles including pain mgmt after open heart surgery. He removed a faulty spine stimulator that another Dr implanted in my back and implanted my pump that has been life changing for me. You don’t see care and compassion like this from other Doctors. My primary care Dr could learn a lesson from Dr Orbigozo.

I have been seeing Dr Ellis for a couple of years now after I moved down from Boston. The Pain Management Dr I had in Boston really made me not trust implanted devices. After seeing Dr E for about a year I asked what his thoughts on trying another device so I could get away or minimize my Oral meds. After discussions i with him I decided to give it a try and man am I glad I did. I went from wanting to commit suicide because of the pain and lack of Quality of life to actually being able to function and get out of bed and do things. I will never be free of pain just the way it is but he has given me back wanting to live for my family, not having to use a mobile scooter. He is the the best! If he ever left the practice I would follow him regardless of where it was.
