Dr. Heil has the unique ability to assess the patient's needs, determine the best treatment option, explain the treatment plan in layman terms, actually listen to the patient AND has great bedside manner (is it still called that when it isn't "beside"?). A lot of doctors are smart and capable of managing treatment options but not many are able to do all of the rest that I mentioned above too; and certainly not as well as he does.

Dr. Heil has the unique ability to assess the patient's needs, determine the best treatment option, explain the treatment plan in layman terms, actually listen to the patient AND has great bedside manner (is it still called that when it isn't "beside"?).
A lot of doctors are smart and capable of managing treatment options but not many are able to do all of the rest that I mentioned above too; and certainly not as well as he does.
