I have been seeing Dr Diasti for about 15 years. He is always listens to his patients and addresses any concerns by asking questions and offering suggestions on how to deal with issues the patient is experiencing. Unlike other doctors I've been to, he generally runs on time with his patients. For example, today I had a scheduled appointment at 9:45 and they were calling me back BEFORE I even finished signing in. Dr Diasti is an all around great doctor!

My husband (a doctor himself) and I have been patients of Dr. Diasti's for some time. Dr. Diasti is the real deal when talking about going to an internist in that he is not only very smart , but he asks the right questions and listens to what his patients have to say very carefully. He is willing to spend as much time with you as is needed to diagnose and make an action plan to deal with any medical issue, where needed. At Dr. Diasti's office, a patient is not just a number and he orders additional blood work or testing when prudent. He gets to know his patients and offers highly competent and very important, compassionate, health care. I have a high level of trust in his ability to diagnose and deal with any medical condition he is confronted with. His follow-up care is also exceptional. First of all the Pinnacle Health group has been such a great group of people. They all seem to genuinely care about what is going on with you and any issue you are having. Another reason I stayed with this office is they manage the appointments like no other office I have used before. very short wait times if any.
I have had several good doctors here but I have to say the best has been Amy. Just a good person and excellent doctor. Never rushes and has always went above and beyond for me.

Everything with the in office physical went well, and Dr Reed treated me well. Since blood work was conducted after the visit, I had to call into the office to discuss the results. Each time I called in, the front desk informed me that the results were in, but someone would reach out to me to discuss the results. After not receiving a call back, I called back every 2-4 weeks for the next 3 months before someone finally went over my results with me. This was a bit frustrating, because the conversation was quick and simple, however, it took a few months to even get to that point.

My first experience with Amy is when I was having trouble with another physician at Pinnacle in attempts to have a prescription fixed and faxed over to the pharmacy. At that point, I was considering switching providers. Amy was the on-call and she was very prompt with getting the issue fixed. Ever since then, my husband and I have been coming to see her and we have not had any issues since. You can really tell that she truly cares for her patients.
