“Amazing”

“Was able to see me same day when I had urgent symptoms”

Having profound hearing loss in my left hear, I very much wanted to see the doctor when I developed an unexpected dizziness and ear ache in my good ear. The team at the front made it happen. The audiologist was really nice and explained everything she did. Dr. Lazar really listened to me about everything I was experiencing. After a thorough exam, she explained some options a prescribed a couple of things right away. Feeling the progress just 24 hours later!

“Sitting in waiting room WAY too long.”

Dr Burachinsky is compassionate, patient and thorough.
Insofar as the Covid pandemic is far from over my risk exposure by sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes with a half dozen others could have been drastically reduced by waiting in my car.
The check-in final question about electronic vs. hard-copy privacy policy offers no opt-out choice other than to sign the form, which certifies agreement with electronic only. IT department needs to address this.

“Dr. Burachinsky is a caring pediatric doctor”

My child had a lot of anxiety about her tonsil surgery. Dr. Burachinsky has excellent bedside manner and made her feel much less anxious. He walked around a couple times in the post operational recovery room to check on his patients. The surgery went without a hitch and my child is feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Burachinsky, we are very glad you performed the surgery for our daughter!

“Thorough and honest and gave me options”

Dr. Camacho and her nurses were thorough, open and honest and told me straight out that if I choose to try allergy shots, we'll re-evaluate before a year is up and if they're not effective, we'll stop them. I've known doctors who string along patients for years with shots that don't work.

“Fixed me!”

Chronic sinus issues for over a decade and after seeing several ENTs over the years, I was feeling a bit hopeless. Dr. Lazar validated how I was feeling, ran the diagnostics quickly and identified the surgical solution essentially saying YES, I can help you. From first visit to post-op visit it took less than 3 months. I feel great.

“I had a very positive experience. I had a prolonged cold and did not realized that I have developed sinus infection. Dr. Lazar was excellent in at making a proper diagnosis.”

Dr.Lazar spent time in making an accurate diagnosis of the reason behind my 8 weeks cold. I did not feel rushed. She was courteous, pleasant and addressed my questions. I am very impressed by her medical skills & professionalism.

When I have a doctor that I have known for a long time, and he was very aware of my personal situation, I feel and enormous amount of trust on top of Dr. Lazar’s expertise. The best doctor I've seen. His intelligence and knowledge is realized right away, but what sets him apart is how comfortable he makes the patient feels. I know I'm seeing my doctor but it feels like I'm sitting with a good friend. I've never experienced that before. He always puts his patients first.

“Recommend highly to all needing ENT care”

I had an frightening emergency losing the hearing within my left ear just suddenly and they took me in without hesitation and put me in the proper regiment and my hearing recovered over two weeks. Although not guaranteed, having it dealt with quickly seemed to be one main reason for recovery. Love this group and doctor.
