“Life changing and exciting experience! I can't believe I waited this long!”

I have seen Dr Tittle for two years now but was only recently was I brave enough to go under the knife. He made me comfortable and confident. I wish I would have done it sooner! From the moment I met with Dr. Tittle, he made me feel comfortable and set clear expectations for wanting to get a breast reduction. He listened to the reasons why I wanted to get this procedure while consulting with me. He never made me feel as if I was making the wrong decision and guided me through the steps and expectations post-op. He's not only worried about you, but also the family members you bring in with you. He has great bedside manners, especially on the day of surgery! “Profound treatment of my face and neck”

Wasn't sure what a non-invasive treatment could do to improve my face and neck. I had tried Thermage and Ulthera with no improvement so I was skeptical to start. I am 2 months post treatment and I love the definition I have in my jawline and anticipate more skin tightening over the next 2 months.

Dr. Tittle was fantastic! I had severe dark circles under my eye but he still suggested starting with a small amount of filler in my lower lid area. 2 weeks later I no longer wear concealer everyday and it looks incredibly natural. When I came in for my follow up Dr. Tittle said I didn't need anymore for at least a year!

I have trusted Dr. Tittle for two surgeries and I am MORE than happy with them both! I had breast implants 21 years ago (teardrop, saline) and they still look and feel great. Recently I had liposuction on my lower saddle bags and I am so impressed by the results! Six weeks later I am wearing a dress that I could not wear before I had the surgery.

I absolutely love Dr. Tittle. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say; I was able to voice all my concerns which he addressed. I am so pleased with my results. I chose Dr. Tittle for my Cellfina and BodyTite procedures after reading many online reviews praising his skills and results. He performed Cellfina on my buttocks/back of thighs, and BodyTite on my inner thighs and abdomen. I would highly recommend Dr. Tittle! He is a true artist and has given me the confidence I always wanted. My breasts and the skin on my legs were sagging from yo-yo dieting and at 49 years old I needed an update. Dr. Tittle explained the risks and benefits of a breast lift and augmentation and liposuction and Body Tight in such detail I was able to make a well-informed decision and am I glad I had the surgeries! Hands down the best experience. I did lipo and body tite on my arms and lipo on my stomach. No bruising. I'm one week out and the swelling has decreased. My friends that have had lipo are shocked by the lack of bruising.

Dr. Tittle was nice from the start. He explained the procedures in full and was able to work around my tight schedule. Felt very comfortable from the start. I was able to walk around fine the next day with a little pain (i tried to not take the pain pills). After a couple Venus Versa treatments with Mary I was back to normal.

Very professional. Doing weekly follow-ups and he's ensuring everything is healing well. The team changes out my garments and provides me with extras as I get ready to move.

I would never go to anyone else except Dr. Tittle. Can't wait to get more procedures.

I spent 18 months searching for the right doctor to fix a BodyTite procedure that left me with "holes and valleys" on my legs. I finally found Dr. Tittle. He listened to my concerns and carefully observed my areas that I wanted addressed. I felt confident with his years of experience and education that he was the right physician to fix my legs. In addition, he also listened to my concern about my cellulite and fat around my abdomen. In all, we agreed on a treatment plan that would address all my needs. I am 5 days post surgery and I couldn't be more HAPPY! The "holes and valleys" in my legs are gone...fixed with fat grafting. My waist line is just as he described it would be. The surgery experience was smooth and his staff has been especially attentive to me through the entire experience. I'm an atypical patient (I think). I'm not in mommy makeover mode or an aspiring male model :-) . I am a normal everyday guy who lost well over 100 pounds after years of bad decisions. Problem is you can't weight loss yourself into losing stretched skin. 7 year journey and I still was ashamed to take off my shirt at a pool or the beach as i had all this excess skin. Spent a ton of time researching as Dallas is a Mecca of plastic surgery. Had multiple doctor consults and in the end knew there was no other choice but Dr. Tittle. His credentials are impeccable but more than that I felt like he cared about my problems and earnestly wanted to make it all better for me. I never felt like a patient and was always felt like the treatment I was getting was no different than what he'd do for a family member. He is ridiculously competent, professional, and is a rock star surgeon. The process and path to surgery was well laid out and the staff (Lori you are amazing!!!) was world class.

I was seeking advice and a referral for a complicated leg reconstruction issue. Dr. Tittle was accessible (haven't seen him in many years) and he gave expert, up to date advice. I had remembered to be kind and caring and visiting with him today proved he was no different than he had been years ago.

A couples of years ago I went to a spa and had injections done on my face and lets just say I will never do that again. They injected a blood vessel in my face and one side of face started looking really bad because there was no blood flow. Dr Tittle is absolutely amazing! I was recommended to him by a good friend who had done the same procedure a few years ago and she was still so pleased with her results and raved about Dr Tittle. After my first consult, I was confident that I was going to reach my life long goal, having smaller breasts!!! He heard me explain the daily challenges I was experiencing with my 38J/K size breasts and he explained the process of how a reduction works and how this would make my life infinitely better. “Fabulous....Dr. Tittle is amazing”

My breast surgery was very complicated . I'm 76- I had implants inserted 40 years ago - before Doctors had any real training. My breast tissue had fallen - the implants were 4 inches higher. My implants had also leaked.and there was a lot of calcification to deal with. Dr. Tittle cleaned out the silicone , calcification, removed old implants - lifted my breasts back into place, repositioned my nipples, and then inserted new implants. All of this required a lot of skill - I am coming back for facial treatments next week- I trust Dr. Tittle and his desire and ability to make me beautiful. I already have a wonderful BF - I'm doing this for me .

“amazing experience with Dr Title”

I had QWO treatment on the back of my legs. First session was 24 injections and after the purple bruises went off I had a cleaner skin smoother, I could believe that i was fighting cellulitis all my life and in 5 weeks i could see a smoother legs.

“Truly incredible!”

I had my first lipo experience with a different provider/different city about a year and a half ago and I was not happy with my results. I had a leftover "shelf" where the previous provider didn't remove enough fat and their technology/method left me bright purple bruised for over a month. I was nervous about having a lipo revision in the same area but decided to make a consultation appt with Plastic Surgery of Texas because I now live in the area and have driven by many times. I then googled reviews of the place and saw nothing but rave reviews of Dr. Tittle. From the first consultation to my post-op check-ins, he's been nothing but professional, empathetic, and caring. He uses cutting edge technology - I barely had any bruising this time. Literally 4 days later and I basically have no bruising. I mean it's incredible - this experience has been so smooth and pleasant compared to my first time at a different place. He "corrected" what I was unhappy. 5 stars for Dr. T.

Pre-surgery was all smooth and I made the decision quickly. The day of the surgery went as expected. I didn't even have to take pain medicine, other than tylenol here and there. I've been very happy with the recovery and had minimal bruising, which is impressive, given I am on blood thinners. I am very happy with Dr. Tittle and the entire staff. This is my 3rd surgery with Dr. Tittle, his personality, skill level, and outstanding understanding of the human anatomy is exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone for many types of surgeries especially with all of his skills. “The entire office staff is very professional and excellent knowledge”

Dr. Tittle is an excellent physician and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He was my Plastic Surgeon 28 years ago and recently performed a tummy tuck and breast lift, which I have been completely satisfied with the results. “Awesome bedside manner, trustworthy, honest.”

Repeat customer of 7+ years. I make a 4 hour round trip for each visit because he is so knowledgeable and honest. He does not try to sell or push a product or procedures. Results have always been better than expected for any procedure done. Bedside manner is amazing!
