Rachel loves acupuncture as a safe and effective healing modality that can be useful for anyone. She views physical pain, stuck emotions and over-thinking as examples of what happens when life’s movement is blocked. On the most basic level, she believes acupuncture helps a person increase awareness, enhance movement and relax.
Rachel uses acupuncture to help improve symptoms, whether they manifest in the body, mind, emotions or spirit, since they are all connected. She sees each person's wellness as a unique garden changing through the seasons. Working together, she helps her patients discover the best practices to tend their “garden” and learn from their body’s wisdom to support their wellness and thrive!
Rachel graduated with a Masters in Acupuncture from the Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland. She is a licensed acupuncturist in the state of Pennsylvania and is nationally board certified by the NCCAOM.
