Before coming to Christina, I had a lot of shoulder pain, without much success diagnosing myself. I am a rock climber, so having strong shoulders is very important to me--Christina helped me understand the roots of my problem (posture, sleeping habits, technique) and helped me to strengthen other parts of my upper back that have also helped my climbing. 100% recommend.

I'm diagnosed with a rare disorder called the Parsonage Turner Syndrome. Christina goes out of her way to learn more about the disorder to find the best ways to treat my symptoms. Recovery is slow, due to the nature of the disorder, but I'm making progress slowly but surely with Christina.
