This was my first time at any ENT and Allergy facility and my first visit with Dr. Rosin. I was recommended by my primary doctor. The check in from my car was simple and I was called into the office quickly. I only waited about 10 minutes and was taken to a room. The Dr. needed the nurses help right away and she left me to wait. It was not a long time and the nurse came back apologizing for my wait! So courteous and sincere. I met Dr. Rosin who was absolutely wonderful. The Doctor then apologized for my wait! We reviewed my issues, she did a very thorough exam and explained everything she was doing in a simple way I could follow along. You could just tell they truly care about their patients! I am hoping to not have to go back any time soon (for good health reasons) but, if and when I need this type of medical attention again I'll have their number on speed dial!

Dr. Deborah K. Rosin is an excellent doctor, listens carefully, spend enough time performing required examination and doesn’t provide un-necessary medication Very pleasing personality. Other staff are also good. Most important for me is there is no wait time. What is disappointing is the patient portal. Very poorly designed and poorly maintained website that combines multiple practices. And medical records are not available. In order for this practice to shine better, they should maintain their own portal or switch the provider. I must be able to see all my records at my fingertips. Especially, there is nothing anout my visits and doctors notes to look at. If you want to discuss, I am available.

After a lifetime (I am 70) of trying to resolve this problem Dr Rosin identified it and prescribed meds that actually started working the next day. This is day two and I am amazed at the relief that I am getting. I have already started calling friends that have been suffering with the problem I have and some feel that it's too good to be true.

I was desperate to have my left lower lip swelling looked at and treated right away and Dr. Huang’s office was able to provide me an appointment the same day. I was appreciative for that and Dr. Huang was able to drain all the abscess from my lip the same day I made the appointment..He was very friendly and sociable and had great bedside manners. He made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend him to anybody in the area that has ENT issues.
