I've had multiple injections in my spine and tailbone area with little to no success at another facility. The first time I saw Jonathan Lam I felt like he actually listened to me and most definitely accurately nailed down the location of my pain. I am overjoyed and relieved at the amount of pain relief I have from just one shot. It's obvious that he and the doctor actually care about their patients & want to help them.

I have been very pleased with my care at Genesis. My prior clinic failed to properly diagnosis me & I didn't realize how bad they were until switching to Genesis. I was a patient of my previous clinic for nearly 2 years. The standard of care is like night & day difference. Jonathan located & successfully treated my primary source of pain after a single visit. I have been blown away by the entire team at Genesis. They legitimately care & want to help their patients. It brings tears of joy to my eyes. I've been living in constant pain since July 2019. I honestly had lost hope that I'd ever get relief. Thankful doesn't even come close to describing how I feel now.

Also a couple other things that were not explained in detail and to me seemed bigger than needed. And explained how this changed so drastically in the last couple years. I have not been a professional wrestlers or carrying on my back a 200 lb pack for 200 miles lost in the mountains. It makes no sense. So i was left scared and asking why
