“Ben Palombo”

I have been a patient of Ben's for about 5 months. He is one of the most caring providers that I have dealt with and has the patience of a saint. He will tell you 'like it is', but I can appreciate that! He is always running on time and has a great knowledge of mental health medications. His office staff are the best, I am always greeted with a smile and kindness. Also, appointments are easy to schedule, especially in an 'emergency' situation. Last, but not least, he is always open to letting me help in the decision making process of medication changes, etc. If you are in need of a mental health provider, I highly recommend Ben!

“Follow up review”

Initially gave this provider a high rating. However, after 9 months of unsuccessful treatment, I feel compelled to change my rating to a poor rating. I am with a new provider now, seeing positive results and is much kinder in nature. I do think Ben successfully treats the majority of his patients with good results, I guess I was a bit more complex. His office staff is wonderful ...friendly, kind and courteous. Always willing to help at a moments notice!
