“Great experience to have Dr. McDonald to take time to talk with me regarding the contrast scan. She is so empathic and kind. This was important as I was mentally over wrought with the diagnosis of cancer of the lung. She explained everything.”
I had been locked in at home and covered myself with a mask, gloves, and eye protection when I was at the grocery store twice. I followed the rules about distance and protection. My best experience at Harris Downtown was Dr. McDonald and a male nurse whose name was Matt in the holding wing for testing before I was placed in the cancer wing. It was devastating to have no family with me. It will take time to forget the rude treatment from several nurses. The physicians were always kind.
