My kid has gone from kicking, screaming and being the worst possible nighmare of a patient to trusting and compliant. The staff was unbelievably supportive and thanked older sibling for the referral of the fearful one, and predicted the fearful one would next time "hop right in the chair". Preventative measures to avoid retainers have also been welcome and the staff is willing to follow up and always so kind and gentle. I keep considering switching myself to use their services too!
