“Staff not very Professional, but ARNP is Great”
Something is not quite right with billing area because they refused to fax medicaid my bill and when I called to ask why, the lady lied to me over the phone stating they were faxing it that day. 2 weeks later still no fax to medicaid. I have not been able to get my meds due to the fact the billing area refuses to fax the bills to medicaid for unknown reasons. It seems simple to me 1.) Fax my bills for the appointment to medicaid so it would help reach my share of cost and I would be able to get my medications. 2.) Hire someone in billing that can do the job. Nice nurse that took my BP claim also that medicaid likes to lie and say they didn't send in the bill. I was surprised at that a little. Not really upset or hostile even just surprised. The ARNP is great and could not find a better human being to be a ARNP on the planet. She just needs better staff surrounding her.
